Okay, total newb thread but...
I'm in love with what little I have seen of this this series. I really want some peoples opinions on it and if possible, where I can download it (or whatever, it certainly isn't on YouTube...)
I like the comedy aspect of it. Not Arale specifically but just how everyone else reacts to her and Senbei. Not to mention I'm a huge fan of the author from the manga series.

I like the manga, although I've never seen the anime. But just finding the manga was amazing to me. Because I once had a dream where I found the manga, and then much later I DID find it and so it was literally a dream come true!
I guess I mainly like it because Arale is NOT your stereotypical "meganekko," that is, girl with glasses. Mainly because she's not quiet and studious, she's supposedly smart but she does so many silly things. Not to mention she breaks the glasses-stereotype simply by having superhuman strength.

I've heard the English manga is edited a good bit (not to much but a little0 so I'm sceptical about buying it. It really amazes me, however, that the anime is no where to be seen online except for intros and an occsional scene on YouTube.
