Didn't see a topic for this yet, but I could have missed it.

Who likes it? I've only seen the first 3 eps so far (on YouTube) but I like it. Can't wait to see more. I dunno if I'll like this or the American Sat AM more.

When I was younger I had the biggest crush on Sonic from Sat AM ever. SO embarrassing. ^^;

I've seen some of the SonicX series. I think I have seen about a dvds worth. It's not bad... not bad at all. I totally love the theme song too. "Gotta go faster, faster, faster-faster-faster, SONIC X!" That was an awesome song choice. I would see more of the anime but that's not my first priority right now.

And no need to be embarrassed about liking him. A hero's a hero... and he would be a cute pet or stuffed animal!

OH MY GOD, Sylph. OH MY GOD. My crazy Harley (POKEMON, damnit, not BATMAN.

) obsessed friend uploaded those subbed ones. Be warned as the subs aren't literal and say strange things at times. Me and Ebi (the fan I mentioned) like laughing at them.

'Omae' does NOT mean 'stop'! xD; And they subbed 'EH!!!' as 'Are you kiddin' me?'

Gah, it's not, Sylph, Sonic's great! xD

It's my friend's DREAM to one day have a Sonic plushie. xD

Hehe, I know. I found them on YouTube after reading you were watching it. Is she/he gonna upload more? I hope so. ^__^

... XD Indeed he is. I've always enjoyed the fact that he's a hero who actually has FUN doing what he's doing, not like your typical OMGANGSTY or OMGSERIOUS ones. And of course that he's such a sassy smart-ass, that helps. =P

Sonic X's Sonic is UNBELIEVABLY OPTIMISTIC ALL THE TIME. xD It's cute but makes him hard to roleplay.

Well, he was that way in Sat AM too. Because he thinks he can do everything, so why worry? =P

Tails is very cute. I wouldn't mind one of him either. ^_^ Cream... I dunno... I haven't seen enough of her yet, her VOICE is adorable, but I'm usually not one to like the damsel types, and so far she seems that way. (Bit off-topic: a lot of people claim Sylph is a damsel, but... oh yeah,
[spoiler]...single-handedly saving Lina from death, healing the holy tree with your powerful healing spell, and using a freakin' DRAGON SLAVE really makes you a damsel... >_>;[/spoiler]

Chris already annoys me after 3 episodes. >P And Amy is okay, I guess... but WTF at hitting the giant robot with a bat?

But yeah, that cracked me up. So useless! xD

I didn't really conisder Cream a damsel in distress-type character because she looked and acted like a little girl, so all I saw her as was a cute little kid. xDD;

Ah, okay, yeah... you're right. In that light, she doesn't seem so bad. I didn't really know how young she was supposed to be. =)

I watched it all the time at first when it was first on, and I rather liked it, except for some of the voices. I think I stopped watching it right when Sonic was able to go back home.

Oh, and I don't know why, but I adore Eggman in both the games and anime. I don't like the cute fox, the badass echidna, or the hero... I like the overweight, balding, egg shaped scientist -_-.

I think I might know which one you're talking about; is it the one with Princess Sally (I don't remember if it was a Japanese or English series), or the two dumb robots? Aggie was okay, but I really hate the way they drew him in both.

I've watched subs of the first sixty-two episodes so far. I obviously like the show if I've come this far.

Sonic's by far the most interesting character in the series to me. He's a far more well-rounded character than in the videogames, where he's kind of a flat "always cool and never emotional" type (and even though I do respect those that are emotionally efficient, videogame Sonic takes this to too much of an extreme). In Sonic X, he does show emotion fairly often; enough to keep him interesting and human, but he's also reserved enough that it means a lot when he doesn't hold back quite as much. I also find it interesting how his expression sometimes seems to directly contradict what he's feeling... he's difficult to read sometimes. For instance, this picture of him from the last episode (no spoilers, just a generic close-up pic of him)...

He's leaning up against a tree and relaxing, but his facial expression seems to be pretty harsh. He assumes that kind of expression pretty often for some reason.

I never really got into this one. I've liked all the others, but this one never really caught my attention. I think part of it is the fact that they're living in the human city kind of wrecks it for me.

Being a huge fan of Sonic, I've got to say that I'm somewhat disappointed with this. The voice dialog and acting was--*groans*. I don't even know how to finish that sentence. Then using the same people in Shadow The Hedgehog and Sonic Riders--

Being dubbed by 4Kids is a bad thing for just about any anime. ^^;

But if you were talking about the original... you don't think Kanemaru Junichi is a good Sonic? o.o How can you NOT? The ENGRISH. The funny, THE CUTE!

Of course, I'm rather biased as Kanemaru's also the voice of Harley. >>
