Not sure if this anime is licensed or not, and the name escapes me, bu if it isn't licensed, I would like to see it. All I know is that the main character gets a swirlie and is flshed ino another world. Anybody know what it is called? I think it began with a K...

The anime is called Kyo Kara Maoh!, and Geneon is in the middle of releasing season 2. So yeah, it's not only licensed, it's been available for a while. You can find it at just about any store that carries anime.

I know that already, but my wallet is already feeling the pain (And honestly, I've forgotten about this thread.)

Also, Geneon has registered higurashidvd.com and whentheycrydvd.com, obviously for Higurashi. However, they also registered nanohadvd.com, mariasamadvd.com, and saiunkokudvd.com too. Take that as you will...

Yeah. I live in a box. I have only seen anime on television or You Tube. Thanks for the name. Any plans to air it on television?

Not to my knowledge. I don't think it's the right kind of storyline to make it to either Adult Swim or Toonami, and there's an even smaller chance it would come on any other network short of The Anime Network, if they even have any plans to air it there at all. You'd be better off getting the DVDs if you really want to see it.

Anime I'd like to see licensed but probably never will be all the Nanoha series, Mariamite, Sasami: Mahou Shoujo Club, Gedo Senki, Gundam X, Turn A Gundam, Galaxy Express 999 TV series (the movie was released on VHS years back but not the TV series), Kanon '06, Strawberry Panic, Angel's Egg, Future Boy Conan, Hime-chan's Ribbon, Rose Of Versailles, and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne. And it hasn't been released in Japan yet, but the Kodomo no Jikan anime is going to start airing this summer. I'd like to see that licensed since Seven Seas canceled the English version of the manga.

NANA and OHHC need to be licenced. OHHc will most likely be licenced. It was a big hit so I don't see why it wouldn't...I'm jsut fearing for the cast...

Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. It WAS licened by ADV but they dropped it.. ;_; Boo!
