CLAMP's art style is my favorite manga style. But I only read the first volume Magic Knight Rayearth manga so I have to go with that.
I don't read that much manga...

Favorite CLAMP mangas: ALL of them!!! :D :D
"Oh yeah. Someone is definitely tired of breathing." ("The Main Man", Part 1)

I'm writing this Sailor Moon/Green Lantern crossover AU fic called "Emerald Sunrise". It's a hybrid of Action/Adventure, Sci-Fi, Romance, and Comedy. It's about Ami (Sailor Mercury) getting a new boyfriend who just happens to be a member of The Green Lantern Corps. I'm also throwing in some other characters from other animes and some old Hanna-Barbera cartoons from the late '60's early '70's. I'm also illustrating it as well. Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it.

How could I have possibly missed something like this?!?

I loooove Clover. Love. Luv. <3. Yes. The plot, if you could call it that, is incredibly difficult to follow, as the 3rd and 4th books come BEFORE the first two chronologically.
However, the mood, flow, and art are CLAMP's best, IMO. It's very special to me. The art is just SO gorgeous that I feature it in my livejournal.

I like Chobits and CCS as well. They're quite cute. I love the feel-good atmosphere of CCS the best.

I really never got into MKR. "Oh no, big bad person, yay yay, we have the power of friendship! Whee, whee, power up and save the day." I've read almost all of the manga, both seasons, and watched maybe 8 episodes of the anime.

Eek! Thanks OTF! I totally forgot about Miyuki-chan! MCIW is my second-fave next to Clover. The lesbian humor is just too funny!

I'm a biiiiiig CLAMP fan (I think I must have missed this thread until now O.o)

My favourite CLAMP manga is definitely Clover. Even though it was expensive, it was worth every penny... it's so unique and so captivating... and so sad!

I also love:

- X (only read vols 1-4 so far, although I just finished the TV series today, and if the later parts of the TV series are anything to go by, the manga is just gonna get better and better)
- Cardcaptor Sakura (mostly very light and fluffy, but still very very entertaining)
- Chobits (the pervy humour stuff isn't as good as in the anime, but I loved the serious side of things, and unlike Tiff I really liked the ending)
- Miyuki-chan in Wonderland (pure, hilarious, lesbian-filled randomness - this would get boring if it lasted more than one volume, but as it is, it's excellent)

Other CLAMP manga I've read:

- Magic Knight Rayearth (this isn't bad, but for a lot of it there doesn't seem to be very much going on... it isn't until the end of each story arc that it gets really interesting - in particular, the end of vol 3 really impressed me!)
- CLAMP School Detectives (this was pretty good, but a bit repetitive and pointless)

I bought CLAMP's Shirahime-Syo today. I absolutely love it! To start with, it's hardback! So, it will last a lot longer than my other CLAMP mangas. The art is absolutely beautiful! The first few pages are in colour, and are gorgeous! The stories feel a little rushed, and are lacking something. But they're still pretty good. The big thing is the art. I cannot speak enough about the wonderful art involved.

Anthy: So, CLOVER turns out to actually have a plot? Damn! I love the artwork in it. That's why I bought the first volume. But I couldn't find a plot, so I didn't buy any more. Now I'm gonna have to read the rest of them. Blast!

That might be quite a strech, even the mighty CLAMP can fall, and has fallen before. I don't know about anyone else here, but I found "Miyuki-Chan In Wonderland" to be quite boring and stupid. I know it wasn't ment to be shakespear, but this was still pathetic. I haven't read "Clover" yet, but I do love "Chobits." Strangly enough though, I preffer the "X" anime (series) over the comic book any day of the week.

SUKI!!! All I can say is that I have fallen in love with their latest manga to be released. Suki, Suki, Suki! I can't get enough. Hina is so cute, but things just go over her head so much. Although I do love her constantly changing into a puppy.

I don't know about her teacher though. He seems annoyed or something with the attention. What do you guys think?

Clamp just gets better and better. Although it was slightly different art style then their usual. Not completely, but a tiny bit. It's cool how they do that.

My favorite CLAMP series so far is Chobits. I think Chii and Ashita-chan are adorable, but in a way, the series is a bit sad. It's really moving for me.

has anyone read XXXoholic and Tsubasa: Reservoir Chonicile? It's just so awesome. Kind of an alternate universe sort of thing with CLAMP. I read them and can hardly wait to see the next volume.

The only thing from CLAMP I've read is Cardcaptor Sakura and I love it, as well as Miyuki-Chan, which I LOVED, it's just so funny. I'd love to buy more CLAMP, but I have no money T_T

Could some one tell me the "blah" ending to Chobits, it's been driving me crazy because I see it everywhere here? Please...please...please ^____^.

That's my nutshell version.

But then there is the perverted twist that
Hideki can't "do it" with Chii, gasp! The twist!
But who would want to do that with Chii O_o Just wrong.

But recently, I got both Tsubasa and xxxHolic. xxxHolic is really funny and I love it, Tsubasa seems cute, like the love story counterpart of xxxHolic. My friends like xxxHolic more though. I think they are both equally good in their own ways. But I will continue both stories.

And I have gotten WISH, MKR, Angelic Layer, Chobits, Tsubasa, and xxxHolic. I do not regret buying any of them XD They are all good, and I have only completed Chobits, and it was a poo poo ending, and then the first half of MKR, and that was poo poo too. I just need to buy more of MKR to finish it off all the way.

How is that perverted? If they love eachother, and feel that passion for eachother, then it's perfectly natural for that issue to come up. Persocoms are treated as people in Chobits, and many treat them as a girlfriend and such. I don't think it's perverted at all.

xxxoholic is very weird. However it does have that one Miyu quality that I do love. "there is consequences for everything and I can't fix it for you"...type deal. With that Clamp humor/weirdness twist to it. I can't wait for the second volume.

Tsubasa is actually something else I really enjoyed. Total alternate universe thing. Sakura and her friends are older. the whole, "I love you, but I'm not sure if we can be together because of our stations" thing. Then Sakura up and gets wings and then loses all the feathers which are her memories and Syaoran has to go and get them back with the help of others from other universes too. Only catch is, when they finally get all her memories back, she will have to give up her memories of him as payment.

It ties in with XXXoholic at one point. Seeing Tomoyo as a merciless queen in one universe was amusing. It's also kind of fun if you like to pick out which character is from what series. Chi was in scene and a couple characters from X/1999 were in another. In crowds you would see others from MKR and Miyuki-chan.
