Gantz

Two days ago, my sister and I decided to order a movie on DirecTV, and we decided to watch Gantz because of the description of the movie. Well it turned out not to be a movie but a series, and they showed four episodes which I though were pretty good.

Gantz was described as "too hot" for Japanese television(or something like that) because of major graphic violence and nudity. My sister was a bit shocked

at first because she's not the kind of person who watches things like this, but to my surprise she liked it and so did I. Directv only showed four episodes so it kind of left us hanging.

Has anyone watched Gantz? I wanna know if the rest of the episodes were as good as the first?

Yes. I got started watching the series after my exboyfriend downloaded it. this was back when it was slowly being brought over from Japan to the US. so you had to wait awhile until the next episode was available for downloading.
then one day I was looking through the anime section of dvds at Best Buy and found the first volume of Gantz. after that I bought the second one because I couldn't get enough of the series..no matter how gross or graphic it was.
