I'm reading the character profiles from the site Starscream linked. Oh lawd. I'm laughing here. XD I can only imagine how it was edited if these profiles are true.

Ok I think Tenchi Muyo would go like this:
New title: Tony's adventures
Tenchi=Tony
Ryoko=Rebecca
Ayeka=Ellie
Sasami=Sally
Washu=Wendy
Ryo-Ohki=Rebecca Jnr.
Mihoshi=Miranda
Hazaka & Kamidake (Sp?)=Harry and Clarke
Tsunami=Susan

'Wendy' is now a 10 year old super genius

'Rebecca Jnr.' can now talk

The ecchi hotspring scene is toned down a lot and of course digital swimsuits are painted on. Most of the fighting is cut and Kagato (Pronounced Kag-art-oh) is now Rebecca's father come to take her home after running away.

Wendy doesn't turn into an adult but rather her mother Wanda comes to visit.

If DiC dubbed FMA, all the English names would be changed to other English names just because DiC has to change names. Ed would be called Bob and Al would be Rob, Winry would be Minny, Pinako would be Pamala, Izumi is now Elane, Roy would be Jordan, Riza would be Lisa, and Rose would be Ruth. Any violent scenes would be censored by turning blood into jelly, and Scar doesn't explode people's brains, he sends them to the Netherrealm where the evil bad guys' headquarters are located at and Scar is now just a generic evil bad guy who wants to defeat Rob and Bob just because he's an evil bad guy. Father Cornello isn't a priest, instead he's a judge and Ed and Al aren't trying to take down his religion, instead they're trying to get him to tax the people fairly because we can't have religion talked about in kid's shows.

The homunculi are now called the super clones. Their names are changed to avoid any religious connotations and to give them more generic-sounding cartoon names, like Lust is now Lady Darkshade, Envy is Lord Darkdragon, Pride is Lord Paul, Wrath is Maniac Manny, Sloth is Susan Slicer, and Gluttony is now Prince Piggy, who now makes bad puns about food throughout the entire show, and instead of eating people, he has the power to make people continously hungry so that they're too weak to fight anymore.

The Philospher's Stone is changed to the Mystic Imperial Ruby Crystal, but they can't make up their mind on what the name should be, so they keep switching back and forth between just Ruby Crystal and the Imperial Ruby. Bob and Rob aren't searching for a way to get their bodies back, but are instead searching for the jewel to increase their power so they can save the world from evil, and anything about human transmutation is completly cut out. Any scenes where Ed is wearing nothing but his boxers is digitally edited to make it look like he's wearing blue jeans and all guns are digitally changed to laser guns. DiC also inserts an "Alchemy Says" segment at the end of the episode, where Bob and Rob teach important lessons about science and the enviroment to kids that have nothing at all do with the episode itself.

I've seen FMA, I haven't seen the entire series, but it would be interesting to watch.

About Ranma they would probably have to omit or heavily edit any episodes that Happosai is in, considering how much of a letch he is.

I would actually like to see how DiC (or any other dubbing company for that matter) would do with Sailor Stars.

[spoiler] I wonder what they would do with Haruka's and Michiru's death? That was such a sad scene. Since they made such a to do about Michiru and Haruka being "cousins" in the dub, I wonder how they would go about that scene? Considering that the two hold hands until they die. [/spoiler]
