Detective Conan/Case Closed

Okay, I can't believe no one made a topic for this show, seeing as how quite a few people here watch it.
It's one of my favorites also. ^^

The show is about Shinichi Kudo, who's really good at solving mysteries and... soccer -blinku-, anyways, members of the black organization give him a drug that was meant to kill him, but it didn't. Instead, it shrunk him into a little boy and now he lives with his girlfriend Ran and her father, still solving mysteries under the name of Conan Edogawa while trying to get big again. He's also got some cool gadgets from Agasa like a bowtie that allows him to speak in other people's voices.

My favorite characters are Ran Mouri, Shinichi Kudo, and Heiji Hattori. ^^

I watch the Arabic dub which pwns because they didn't change the names, didn't remove the kana and they left in the Japanese vocal song in Nuriko's episode! ^^

I remember watching Detectave Conan when it was on AdultSwim. I think it was around last summer/winter, but I could be wrong. I was peeved to know they took it off... Cuz they feel the need to keep airing their own 15 minute shows (While as funny as Hell most of the time, they get annoying).

I noticed the bookstore in the mall carries Detectave Conan manga, though! ^_^

It comes on right after Lupin the 3rd at 5:30AM after the second nightly run of adultswim. Unless you say up really late or wake up really early you may not catch it.

I'm not really all that familiar with the Japanese names seeing how I've only seen the dub, but I really don't have a favorite main character. I like them all. Please excuse the english names, Jimmy/Conan, Racheal and Richard Moore have a charm of their own. I really enjoy Jerry Jewell's voice, though. So I guess Jimmy/Conan would be my favorite out of bias. Some others may recognize Jerry Jewell's voice as being "Kyo Sohma" in Fruits Basket dub.
