Wow o_o

I hope the designs are as lovely as they are in the manga.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

Need I explain my excitement over this? ^^

Also, it was misreported. Madhouse will be producing, not Gainax.

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!! I've been dying to see a Paradise Kiss anime ever since I read the GNs. :D :D :D

So do I. I hope that they don't change Yukari's dress that she wears for the contest. It's perfect as is. I've been trying to find a *color pic of that dress but no luck. My favorite character is Miwako. She's adorable! And I love Isabella's clothes. I wish I could wear clothes like that. Isabella may be able to pull it off but I sure wouldn't be able to.

*My friend sort of found a full color pic. It's someone cosplaying as Yukari.

What could possibly bring me to the forums, or particularly to this thread?

Good news, of course.

Not only has Paradise Kiss been animated, but it has since been both completed and fansubs.

Twelve episodes total, and they're every bit as beautiful as it should be. Music is gorgeous, and as a plus? Franz fucking Ferdinand (the band, not the archduke).

Someone has graciously uploaded all twelve episodes to YouTube, links to which can be found here:

http://mbouloukoue.livejournal.com

I've been out of the anime fandom for a while, but if there's anything that could get me back into it, it's this.

Also, I noticed a thread about Nana on the first page. Fans of that should check this out, as they're both Ai Yazawa works.

Enjoy. :D

Franz Ferdinand does the ending. The opening is done by Tommy february6.

And having the episodes uploaded is against YouTube's Terms of Service: C. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not: (i) submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant YouTube all of the license rights granted herein
Paradise Kiss is copyrighted material and I highly doubt that they got permission from the rightful owner.

Oops. I coudln't remember if Franz Ferdinand did the ending or opening. Well, either way, she showed both to me, and I liked both.

I'm pretty sure a LOT of stuff is against their TOS. I've seen a shitload ofa nime openings and closings, Sentai clips, TV and movie clips/episodes, etc.

If you'd like to report the hosted episodes, go right ahead. But it was either link to there, or link to the torrents I've found. And since YouTube requires a lot less on the part of the viewer, it's the more logical choice.

I'm amazed at the fact that they fit full episodes on there. I thought there was a 10 minute cut off limit to avoid the "episode uploading" thing. O_o I'll have to watch them when I have time time. If they are still there later, of course.

Someone uploaded the entire Corpse Bride movie on there the day after it was released. It's not there anymore though.
Peachvampiress has an account on DeviantArt. Insanity Within.
And a Myspace account for her clothing designs.

I've been watching entire episodes of YCDTOTV on Youtube.

Strangely, the Pitagora Suicchi episodes I've seen there have been split in two parts, although each full episode runs just 15 minutes.

Uh... Okay...

Let's get back on topic here, ne?

For starters... What is it about, and why would I want to see it?

This show really pisses me off. I hate almost every character. It was a waste of 12 half hours of my life, even though the opening is reeeeally good.

NANA is a much better show.
