Does anyone have a translation of Naoko Takeuchi's revised series Toki * Meka? I was hoping for one from Alex Glover's site, but he hasn't updated since June...

Oh wow! I had no idea Naoko-sensei was revising Toki Meka! I'll definately look into that.

I believe it's the entire first[?] issue of the reprint. Can anyone translate this? Thanks!

I would like to translate the Toki-Meka reprints, but I'm currently knee-deep in college work and I'm currently translating The PGSM Memorial Book on top of all that, so I would rather get that done first, instead of jumping to things all over the place. But maybe I'll translate Toki Meka when I find more time.

Aww, that's good news if she is continuing Toki Meka! I had a look at the scans... Bleh, I don't think my Japanese is good enough to translate, I'm just about below AS-level... I'm useless at japanese slang, so I find manga nard to translate.

Hopefully someone will be able to translate this though, it looks really cute!

Edit: Tried to get a rough jist of the first page. From what I can gather, the blonde girl's (Mimi's) friend Hoshiko has to go to America, and she is upset because they won't be able to see each other again. Hoshiko says she will be able to make new friends...

And that when I start to have problems.

I think Mimi cries, saying she won't be able to, and then some more stuff... and then the two girls make a promise... you see why I souldn't translate this, lol!
