I forgot who made it, but my absolute favorite AMV is a KareKano video set to "Friday I'm in Love" by the Cure. It's done in Pop-Up Video style, and it's really neat.

Okay, now I have another leetle problem. All the episodes that I'm using for the video are on CD (NOT DVD--a data CD), but they are not all on the same CD. I need to use episodes 22, 23 (both on the same CD), and 43, and the video starts with clips from episodes 14 and 15, both on the same CD. When I try to make a backup file of the clips and import that, it doesn't work, and if I take out the CD that the current clips are on, I get an error message. So how do I get the clips from different CDs to the same video?

(I hope that made at least a smidgen of sense.)

Oh, and I also saw an AMV the other day, Inuyasha and Kagome, to the song "I'll Stand By You" by the Pretenders. It made me cry. (So I'm a hopeless romantic. Sue me.)

It won't let you copy your episodes from one cd to another? If not, then I cannot think of a single way you can use both cds. You either need to find some way to put them both on one CD, or copy them to your harddrive.

You know what? I feel stupid now. I forgot that on our computer, we have two CD-ROM drives.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a hole to go crawl into...

There's another Utena AMV set to an Evanescence song, namely "Going Under". It's even more awesome than the "Bring Me To Life" one. Anyone else besides me seen it?

Okay, one final (at least I hope it's final) question: Any way to get rid of subtitles in WMM?

Also I found out another way to use more than one CD. I saved what I had as a movie, but only the video clips, not the song. Since the audio slider was moved all the way to the right, the clips were silent. I created a new project in WMM and imported the silent clips I had on the hard drive, putting them in order and adding the song again. It worked! So I can do that, from now on.

I think I'm about halfway done, maybe a little less. I've got about two and a half minutes of video so far.

I don't think you can remove subtitles in WMM. At leaste, I've never found a way. I've had to crop out the scenes that contains subs and only use the sub free clips.
And really, why shouldn't we be afraid? In case you haven't heard, life is terminal. Cigarettes will kill you. So will your cellphone. Your car is a deadly weapon and alcohol is a quiet killer. Don't lick the lead-based paint on the walls. Don't lick the back of a postage stamp and certainly don't lick any strangers! That will bring you down quickly indeed. Don't drink the water but don't drink less than eight glasses a day. Your enviroment is toxic, your natural resources are dwindling, your days are numbered, but what ever you do, don't panic! The stress, don't you know, will kill you.

Hey, I know there are a bunch of SM music videos on youtube, but I found this one to be really, really good. I will warn you though that it contains some spoilers in the clips including in the video.

Its "a tribute to Sailor Mercury" by leira928: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bM8iLAGk8B4

This one featuring Brock from Pokemon, set to "You Spin Me Round". It's a bit naughty. ^_^; You can find it on teamrocket-video.com

Not exactly an AMV, but this person collaborated the dialogue from the English movie dub with Moon Revenge. I thought it was pretty cool:

Everybody was a baby once, Arthur. Oh, sure, maybe not today, or even yesterday. But once. Babies, chum: tiny, dimpled, fleshy mirrors of our us-ness, that we parents hurl into the future, like leathery footballs of hope. And you''ve got to get a good spiral on that baby, or evil will make an interception.

LOL...oh boy...someone combined the "Numa Numa" song with the Sailor Moon DIC opening......surprisingly, it actually fits. Very creeppy but funny. :D

Kodocha AMV set to the William Tell Overture.
Eva AMV set to Rammstein's Engel.
Another Eva AMV set to Media Vita in Morte Sumus.

The Kodocha AMV is hilarious and the second Eva AMV looks like it could be a trailer. I really like the Rammstein AMV.

More AMVs:
City Hunter and Sailor Moon set to Duran Duran's A View To Kill
Several anime set to The Look by Roxette
Azumanga Daioh set to Bowling for Soup's 1985
And my favorite out of these:
Princess Tutu set to Hold Me Now (This AMV contains spoilers as it's the anime condensed down to three minutes. You can download the video here).
