Ecchi Female Characters?

Okay, so we know that there are many male anime characters who are shown either having lewd thoughts or being sexually aggressive, from Happosai on Ranma 1/2 to Takeo-sempai on Magic User's Club. But what about ecchi girls who AREN'T villains? (so dominatrix villains don't count here) That would certainly break a stereotype, which is why there aren't as many of them. But I can think of at least two:

Shampoo on Ranma 1/2: She often glomps Ranma naked and scares him. She may do some sneaky things but I don't count her as a villain, really.
Minako Aino on BSSM: Well, she chases the guys a lot and she also is the only female character I know of to get a nosebleed--over Yaten!

Hmm, I can't think of very many.

Hongo Yui, Fushigi Yuugi:I wouldn't really consider her that sexually aggressive when she is in a normal mind state, but when she is mad at Miaka she seems very aggressive in getting Tamahome.

Chocolate is pretty sexually aggressive towards Carrot (Sorcerer Hunters). She's the only one that really leaps to mind. ^^;

Oh, I forgot about Ryoko. ^^;; I haven't seen Tenchi Muyo! in a while....Washu is a bit of a perv too, at least in the OVAs, anyway. In one episode, she tried to get Tenchi to do an "expirement" with her involving sperm eggs....."Shall I use my hands or my mouth? Or shall I give you a full course?" or it was something like that she said. Then, at the end of the series you see her "expirmenting" with Ryoko....

Here's another, sort of. She's not really lewd or anything for the most part, but in Azumanga Daioh's first episode, Yukari-sensei shows up in the wrong class and brags about her figure to a boy who just meant to tell her she was in the wrong room.

First name that came to my mind was Urd, as was previously stated by sailorasteroid. Others that come to mind are Kaho from CCS....dating 10 year olds (in the manga) and high schoolers. She just loves to rob the cradle.

Oyuki from UY, the whole 'yes, but no' thing when ataru is alone with her. She says no, but is thinking yes and doesn't try to stop him. Akemi Roppongi from Maison Ikkoku is another one that comes to mind. She walks around in see through nighties and just acts like she doesn't care most of the time.

that's all I can think of at the moment.

considering that she looks like she's somewhere in her twenties and these kids are still in school and underage (Eriol is a complex matter, so I'm going on physical age) it just never quite settled as being looked on as everyday "normal". I don't know what's accepted other places, i'm just going on what i feel. If they were all out of school, i wouldn't be mentioning it.

But that doesn't make her a pervert. For one, there's never anything sexual between she and Touya. They were never really an actual couple, since even when he was "with" her, they both knew that he was in love with Yukito.

Also, since nothing sexual is ever implied between she and Touya or she and Eriol, she wouldn't be a pervert. A pervert indicates that someone must be sexual. Had she said something like "Oh, Eriol, your staff is SOOO big" or "Hm, Touya, 'hitting your target,' I see" then she could be qualified as a pervert.

Would Haruka and Michiru count as being a bit perverted? they do make a good number of naughty sexual innuendo comments.

Maybe. When I started the topic, I probably should've been more specific. I was more wondering if there were female characters like Happosai or those boys, you know, the kind who think about panties all the time. I just meant, are there any girls who regularly or even once have nosebleeds, imagine guys/girls (if they're lesbians) naked or just in their underwear, or even have such a fetish, like Happosai does. Or maybe they like to show their naked body to their boyfriends/girlfriends a lot, like Shampoo does. I know there's a lot of sexually aggressive girls, you can't have a harem anime without them. But most anime girls don't get nosebleeds or have hormonally-charged daydreams, so far as I've seen. (most, that is, not all)

I like all the different examples I've been getting, though.
