I'd imagine that's something that would be very difficult to find, considering that Bandai has a sub/dub hybrid released for a while now. Most sub companies have been cracking down on fansubs of their licensed material, which is why recent subs of Naruto and YugiOh! have been disappearing all over the place.

Just go out and shell the $20 for the actual DVD. It's better quality than any fansub, has both versions of the feature (3 episode OVA and movie versions), and has the sub and dub. There's no point in getting fansubs of licensed shows, and especially with Bandai properties, since recentally they've been the ones leading the way in the fight against piracy and such.

...why would naruto fansubs be disappearing?

Because they got licenced apparently. It's illegal to distribute fansubs after a show has been licenced by a company.

Actually, it seems I jumped the gun there, and put Naruto in the place of One Piece, another SJ property which HAS been licensed. Naruto is still up for grabs, and so its fansubs are available out there if you look hard enough XD
