While I'm not an overly huge fan of the Wiess Kruez series I do have a few MP3s.
I have Velvet Underworld (the opening, which isn't what you're looking for) and, 'It's too Late' which is the 2nd ending (I think. Either 2nd or 1st). The quality isn't that spectacular, but it's yours if you want it. I'll send you a PM.

First of all, it looks like http://gendou.com/amusic/ has the Narue no Sekai OP & ED as well as the Haibane Renmei OP & ED; however, you do apparently need to create a (free) login to use the site.
Anyway ... I came across another site with a whole bunch of links to music sites. Unfortunately, the original post is a year and a half old, so some links are out of date.
