Another thing is on my game consoles the number of sports games and shooters *except PC* are slim to none.

no shame however. I just love cats, and I'm different.

*shrugs* Well we all know BSSM was intended to be for young girls but that doesn't mean anything to me. I'm 20 and I still like the series. And liking the show at my age (or any other age older than the intended age group) doesn't automatically make you immature either.

I've been watching Sailormoon since 1996. I only started watching the subtitled version about 2 years ago. Even in Japanese, people still write it off as a kiddie show, but I still watch it even though I'm almost 18. I still write short stories. I collect bunny trinkets like Usagi-chan. I still use my imagination. We can't always be serious adults all the time. Even we need to go back to being kids once in a while and there's nothing wrong with that.

I'm 18 (going to be 19 in a little less than 2 months) and I'm a big fan of the cutesier anime, especially (Tokyo Mew Mew, Wedding Peach, BSSM, etc.). I just like the more lighthearted stuff because I find it more entertaining, which is why I watch anime.

Also, I'm pretty sure my mom likes Sailor Moon, since she likes magic stuff, powerful females, and visual art (which Sailor Moon is, being an anime and a comic book, which are drawings and not just writing or a radio play). She liked going to ACen with me last year, and is going with me again this year, so she's an adult who likes BSSM.

Finally, this is just my opinion, but I think maturity has less to do with what you're interested in, but how you act about it. For example, in regards to anime, an immature anime fan would expect everyone to like his or her favorite show, and immediately dislike anyone who didn't. A mature anime fan would accept that not everyone likes the same things and might even think the world is BETTER for having people who disagree with them.

*observes new series' of Transformers, Ninja Turtles, and He-man* This statement is oh-so true, especially with this spat of 80s revival that's been going on for a while ^^;

(Can't stand my precious 80's cartoons being remade)

Back on topic: You are never too old for Sailor Moon or any anime. I started watching back around 95' when I was 15. Started with the dub and around 17 to 19 I started getting into the subs and manga. I'm now 24 and still love the series.

You are never too old for anything as long as you are a child at heart. I still love my stuffed animals and enjoy playing board games (like Candy Land) with my autisitic sister. Cartoons are still enjoyable to me. I'm still an adult and act like it, but it's also fun to buy stuffed animals and read books that I enjoyed as a kid like A Little Princess. It's not how old you are, it's how you feel inside that matters. Grown ups that tell you other wise have just forgotten all about that.

I'm 13, and I've only been a fan of SM for about a year. But once, when my cousins were over at my house, one of them found the SM video I had rented, and he held it up and he was like, "You like SAILOR MOON?" -_- Damn dubbing companies. But ANYWAY! I don't think that you have to be any certain age to like something. I mean, a lot of my friends are younger than me, I still sleep with a blanket, S Club 7 is one of my favorite groups, and I love SpongeBob. It doesn't matter what age you are.

I guess that makes me way old :P At somewhere over 30 I love Sailor Moon! It was what led me to many other wonderful Anime shows, but my first and fave is and always will be Sailor Moon. I still enjoy throwing in the sub in the DVD/PUTER and watching a few episodes. I think no matter what age you are you can enjoy something. SMA

Well....I used to think I was too old to be watching Sailor Moon...even though I was only 16! (I started watching when I was 14 or 15.) But now I'm 20 and my love for Sailor Moon has been again ignited! And now it's not on TV anymore so it kinda sucks that I realize now how cool it is! Aww..well...there's still the boxed set that I want to despertely have!
