Yes, on SuperS. But it's an outward visualization of her powers, or whatever, not her real hair color.

I guess they got it confused with some pictures from the manga. Jupiter does have green hair in some of Naoko's work. But, that's only because she wanted each character to be colored with their representative colors.

As far as the shirt goes, I also think it's probably ripped off fan art. It's clearly not Naoko's work. It's all wrong.
