What can you tell me about this picture?

This auction link I kinda like the shirt, but I know it has to be a fake, I suppose, since it's got Eternal Sailor Moon and the English logo. But what's up with the picture on it? I like it, sort of, but I think I'd like it more if it were...a real picture. That is, if it looked like the "real" ESM. Does anyone have a better picture of the graphic? Oh, and BTW, I'm not going to bid on it or anything, but i would like a better look at the picture. It's...interesting.

I knew she didn't draw it, I was just wondering if anybody had a picture of just the graphic. Or knew where it came from/who the artist was. It's still an interesting shirt, but I don't wear grey and it'd be too small anyway.
And if anyone else can't find the pic/link, like ParaKiss said, it's the first three words in my original post.

In small print below the pic, it says "(c) Naoko Takeuchi/Kodansha, Toei Animation 1997 licensed by Kailua". So I assume it's a drawing from the origional artist.

Yes, it is. Shoulders are supposed to be pink, and the skirt is triple pleated with gold on top followed by red and blue on the bottom.

She's also wearing a tiara, something Eternal Sailormoon should not be wearing.

Yep. Also, if you look closely, she's only got one set of wings instead of the usual 2. Which is really pretty, I think. Tempest is more than likely right, since I know lots of art gets thefted for profit (you ought to see the MLP fanart theft going on). I wonder who the artist is? Is it, perhaps, that "Kailua" person? or is that a company?

Im sorry if I wrote so weird. I want a character, that looks like sailor mars. I was wondering if you can make boots, like the one sailor moon has. And if you can make her hair green like sailor jupitar. And if you can, can you try to think the rest thru??
(like pick the color of the dress, stuff like that.
