This is a little late, but i got DISTRACTED! and forgot to post...
Thursday, my best friends and I pulled an all-nighter to watch lots of good movies. We took a break around 6:30 to watch normal TV, and we're surfin through the channels and THERE, on USA, is Sailor Moon. Specifically, the ep where Neflyte dies in Molly's arms. I had no idea SM was still airing! There's no way I can get up that early to watch it, but still. Did anyone else know this?

Hmmmmm. . . are you sure it was USA? Because their website does not have any listings for Sailor Moon.

Yeah, I just went to look at my TV guide and the only thing I see airing at 6:30 on USA is Walker Texas Ranger or Jag.

Are you sure it was aired on USA because it hasn't been on that network in ages. In fact, I don't think they've aired any cartoons or anime in ages, either. Perhaps it was a special airing?

oh wow.... you know... i really miss sailor moon not on tv... its so sad that the dic dub isnt being distributed anymore....

It could have been a "random show pick" thing. One time I woke up at 4:00 AM and I turned on the TV, and the dub S episode where Ami got her Pure Heart Crystal stolen was airing. When I watched it the next morning, it was Superman, and I found out from the TV guide it was a random show pick thing. Maybe that's what happened?

*shrugs* I don't know. I'm certain it was USA. But I haven't been up early enough since then to comfirm that it's on every day. I'm thinkin' it might have been a random thing. Or maybe it's a...local...thing? You know...? Oh, and it was 6:30 am, too. Didn't USA used to have SM before Cartoon Network picked it up? That's why I thought it was so weird, cuz it was on on the same channel and time that it had been years ago. *shrugs again* Like I said, tho, I haven't actually been up that early since then. Another smack of nostalga hit again today, too. Turns out old DBZ eps are on Toonami. Mmmm Scott McNeil's voice...

I don't know what channel number it was because my friend's got a different cable provider than we do. It's channel 35 on ours, and we're in Manhattan, KS. Our cable provider is based out of Topeka, tho. If that helps.

I think it might have been a random show thing. Because I was watching some channel and Sailor Moon was on, the one where Venus first comes, so i don't know maybe..

most likely it is a random thing.....after all sailor moon has not been aired for like over a year now.....and that really sucks.......my frinds told me it was on wb in the mornings but i dont think that they are aring it anymore seing that it is loosing fame in some states......

This post may be out of date, but it still makes me sad, especially this early in the morning. *sniff* I need to find the first series to buy, then I can watch the eppies before Nephrite's death whenever I want.

I know most of the shows on the USA channel, cause when I'm in the States on vacation with my family, I'm usualy either watching Nash Bridges or Miami Vice on the said channel. But I was rather interested to read that SM was on USA Channel.

I read somewhere that some stations don't have the license to show Sailor Moon anymore. YTV doesn't anymore.

The license for the show has long since expired here in the US, but I do remember watch Sailor Moon on USA back in the day when there was only the first seasons and the first half of the second season was dubbed. In fact my old recorded VHS tapes had the USA logo on them. XD My only complaint is after they played through all the episodes once in order they began to air them randomized and out of order. It would really screw up any first time watcher and messes with the plot.
