0___o weird, I kind of predicted that Chibi Chibi would be on a plain white background, but I pictured her jumping in the air smiling (like Chibi-moon's cover).

I still say Cosmos will be on the final cover ~_^

I think it's quite lovely, actually. There's a sort of simplicity to it. I think adding anything else would have made it too busy.

I really love this cover because it symbolizes innocence and purity. I think Chibi Chibi is the perfect character for this approach and I think that's the reason why Naoko didn't make a background. White symbolizes innocence (I think). And the single rose symbolizes purity (I think). At least, it feels that way to me.

I see the light where you're coming from. I think you're right on target about Naoko's intent about the background.

Apparently, Kodansha has an upcomming release called 'Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon- Bonus Volume 1'.

It's safe to assume, this will contain the Picture Diaries, Exam Battles, Kaguya's Lover, Casablanca, and maybe the Paralle (sp?)Moon story.

Also, if these bonus volumes follow the same cover style (one character featured) I'm assuming it'll be Chibusa in normal clothes, and Human Luna (that is saying if it's only 2 volumes)

often times things do get out early, so you might just get lucky.

But about the covers for the new Vols. I'm willing to bet that the Starlights would be on one, and Kakyuu on the other (because we all know that Cosmos wil be on Vol.12 :ego:). However, I hope that Paralell Sailor Moon is in there, then maybe Kousagi could be on the cover

Well, I can. There's too much white and I don't like the idea of giving Moon, Chibimoon, and Chibichibi a second bite at the apple, so to speak. Put Galaxia on, put the Star Lights, heck, put Tuxedo Kamen on. Give someone else a chance. And while the picture is nice, slapping it on a white background isn't very creative. I did like 8, 9, and especially 10.

So, PV, who gets to be the new Bishounen no Hime? I'd do it, but, well, I'm a guy. And would that really be a good idea?

I don't like it.

I agree with SailorAsteroid. Their's to much white and I think it should have been another senshi. Now it just breaks the theme and looks weird.

I love the pic, all the moon senshi together. Chibi-usa with the [spoiler]two incarnations of her future mother[/spoiler] makes it even more interesting, but it doesn't go with the rest of the covers. I would have liked it if it were the final cover of the supposed bonus volumes. I just think that Cosmos deserves a coloured picture (she has one, maybe two)

So, PV, who gets to be the new Bishounen no Hime? I'd do it, but, well, I'm a guy. And would that really be a good idea?

I think it's beautiful.

Again, I think the white is another stab at symbolic purity.

The way she drew Serenity there is just lovely.

I was also hoping Cosmos, but I was hoping some form of Serenity too. I agree with Tiff, I think its beautiful.
