Usagi and Seiya are not were not a couple!! even if Seiya was madly in love with Usagi she would never go out with him because she loves Mamoru!!!!! I think Usako and Momoru are the best couple ever!!!!

They *did* go out. They even named the episode "Seiya and Usagi's Dokidoki Date." And if you think Usagi had no feelings for Seiya, you may be missing a lot. I agree that U&M is a much better couple than U&S, but denying their romance's existence does no one any end of good.

Actually, in episode 200, [spoiler]Seiya says that he was glad to have met Usagi, and Usagi replies by saying that they'll always be friends, and Seiya is shocked by these words while Taiki and Yaten are both chuckling to each other. Usagi is confused and Ami wonders if she really didn't understand what Seiya was trying to say to her. Usagi wants to know what she means and Rei says that she'll never understand in a million years. This leads me to believe that Usagi never realized Seiya's true feelings for her. It was more like Seiya had a crush on Usagi rather than the two having an actual relationship. Even in the episode "Seiya and Usagi's Nervous Date", Usagi didn't realize she was on a date with Seiya until Luna mentioned it at the park. And Usagi constantly said throughout the season that she didn't love Seiya in that way. "I love Mamo-chan, but I love other people, too!" as she said in one episode.[/spoiler]

Erm.....i'm weird......my favorite couple is Ami and Urawa Ryo (do they count as a couple?). ^__^;;mainly because i think they were really cute together, and also:
I don't think Ami wants to date a transvestite or an afeminant gay man (Taiki and Zoicite, respectively......sorry to anyone who likes those pairings)
If Ryo-kun were real, I'd probably have a crush on him and...uh.....follow him around a lot.

Ami and Zoicite's relationship is given a tiny hint to only in the manga in which Zoicite is not gay.

Erm, I know that not all Ami/Shingo fics are horrible, it's just.....hmm, how should I put this?........well, most people make Shingo older when they do a fanfic like that, but since I always found him a little annoying, I never picture him as "grown-up and mature and handsome", per se. I always see him as Usagi's irritating little brother. XP Now, if Shingo WAS slightly closer to Ami's age, I could see it happening......but I simply have strange mindsets about things like this. And technically Ami/Ryo DOES count as a "hinting" of sorts; they never actually were all "Oh I love you *KISS*" and such.

As bizarre as it seems, Rei does make comments in Episode 10 that indicate her grandfather is equally obsessed with attractive young women and attractive young men: This was apparently why he was so keen to give Jadeite a job at the shrine. However, this was never mentioned again after his first appearance, and his relationship with Yuuichirou seems to be strictly above board...
