Fish Eye! I like the whole Amazon Trio, Zirconia, the Sailor Animamates, Professor Tomoe, Eudial, the Shitennou, and Black Lady. Fish Eye will always have a special place in my heart though. I hate Mimete and the Amazones Quartet.

I'm pretty torn between Telulu and Sailor Heavymetal Papillon, but in the end I'd have to say Telulu. I really like her because besides the fact that green is my favorite color, I loved her control over plants and nature. Also, I loved her episode and manga act for various reasons. I loved her so much, when she screamed when she died in the original, I was crying. But I've moved on from obsessive villian loving, but I still can't let go of my friend Telulu!

S- Mistress 9, Kaolinite, Tomoe, Eudial, Cyprine (wish she had more than one episode in the anime)
SuperS- Nehelenia, Jun Jun, Palla Palla
Stars- all of them except for Tin Nyanko

My favorite is Galaxia though. She's powerful, beautiful, and badassed. Not to mention how she became evil is ironic and pretty interesting. Oh yeah and her image song rocks. ^_^

In Sailor Moon Classic I liked Nephrite. He was so badass until Naru(Molly) changed him. Stupid Molly

In Sailor Moon R, I liked Black Lady. I couldn't believe little Chibi Usa betrayed her own friends with no remorse! Rubeus was a favorite too.

In Sailor Moon S, I loved Cyprine and Petirol. Nothing hurt them. It was like they were immune to everything. They were laughing when they were about to kill the Sailor Senshi, and before i knew it, I found myself laughing with them. I liked Eudial too.

In Sailor Moon SuperS, I liked Nehelenia. She was evil to the very end...

In Sailor Moon Stars, I liked them all, but I especially liked Galaxia. She was truly badass.

Villains are the hardest favorite characters to pick, because Sailor Moon had a lot of good heroines who were more memorable, like Ami, Usagi, Chibi-Usa, Haruka and Michiru, who are my favorites (but this is about villains isn't it?)

While it was just a disguse by Zoicite, I liked the fake Sailor Moon, who wore purple and had that nasty expression on her face

I don't remember their Japanese names, but Alan and Anne

I love Endymion, because I love Mamoru, and since I love every form of Mamoru, I love his Endymion form. I really like Mamoru. Since I love Mamoru, and Mamoru is my favorite anime guy ever, Endymion would be my favorite in this because I love all of Mamoru's forms.

My favourites are Kunzite, Black Lady, Galaxia, Mistress Nine, and Queen Beryl. I liked Queen Beryl because she was so sad. She loved Endymion, and wasn't really evil, just posessed with the Dark Energy of Metalia. Black Lady was also a sad one, turning evil because she was brainwashed to think no one loved her. Mistress Nine was just flat-out awesome, and she had the best outfit of any villian. Sailor Galaxia is the goddess of kickass, and I loved her because she was so evil. She would kill anything that stood in her way. Also, she was another "I'm not really evil I'm brainwashed/posessed" character. But, Kunzite is my absolute favourite. Why? Because he could have defeated the senshi. I really believe that he could've killed them all had Endymion not interfered all the time. His plans always seemed to work until Endymion showed up.

Galaxia is my all-time favorite, mainly for the same reasons ParaKiss listed. She's badass, she actually DOES succeed in killing all of the senshi (save sailor moon and the starlights) herself, instead of having a minion do it (like Beryl did), and her past just brings me to tears. She's absolutely beautiful, and I love the power inside of her, both good and bad. Also, her voice actress gets a big A+ in my book.

Manga Beryl is another good one...I prefer Manga Beryl over anime Beryl becuase the manga delves more into WHY she became the way she was...it shows more of her past, and how she was in love with Endymion, whereas in the anime, it really doesn't show that except for when Endymion turns evil,and Beryl makes him kiss her hand.

If i could see the original R series (must..have..boxset..) I'm sure Black Lady would be one of my favorites, too. I love the concept of her character, but her dialog and voice annoys me to know end in the dub.
