You obviously missed the corrination a long time back when Tiff was crowned.

What if Makoto never lost her parents?
What if Mamoru also never lost his parents?
What if the Four Generals had been reborn in the same place as the Senshi? (Going to the same schools and such?)
What if Taiki and Yaten were more open to Sailor Moon and the Senshi like Seiya?
What if Rei actually returned Chad's (I can't spell his real name) feelings completely?
What if Makoto and Minako weren't boy crazy?
What if Luna and Artemis were actually human the whole time?

There was even a big parade. You should really watch the news more...

I'd have loved to see more people from the past in school with the senshi. Or even to see Haruka and Michiru in the same school.

Answering two of these:

What if Usagi gained 200 lbs?
I've actually seen some fanart like this. And to answer the question, then we'd have a fat Sailor Moon! Unless, of course, it was 200 lbs of muscle, then she'd be super-muscular Sailor Moon. Of course, this is assuming that the "200 lbs" refers to Usagi's weight and not her obtaining some English money or just getting a lot of stuff (200 lbs of some item).

What if Makoto and Mamoru never lost their parents?
Mamoru: Perhaps then he wouldn't have such a pressing reason to search for the Silver Crystal, even if he did still have those dreams, and he might not have become Tuxedo Mask.
Makoto: I guess the main things that would change is that she might not be scared of airplanes anymore, and she would live with her parents like Usagi and Minako do. I guess she might not have learned as much self-sufficiency skills like her cooking then, too.
