Not to mention, it's proof enough that Minako isn't always the blond stereoype. It even shows a more serious side to her too.

My favorite senshi in the manga is Pluto. She was very elegant, sophisticated, beautiful, and dedicated to her mission. But, unfortunately, in the dub they made her sound like a valley girl and didn't give enough development to her character, which really pissed me off. (I've only seen the dub and part A of original episode 200.) So I'd have to say that in the anime, my favorite is Mars. I loved her attitude and love/hate friendship with Usagi.
I also like Yaten, because he's really awesome.
Least favorite...hmm...does Tuxedo Kamen count? Since he does have a sailor crystal and all? Because I really cannot stand him. But if he doesn't, then I'd have to say Mercury. Why? Because she's too damn perfect. Her character just bores me, and so do her filler episodes.
As for Usagi...sometimes I really like her, thinking, "Oh, Usagi is such a wonderful character," but sometimes I can't stand her, thinking, "Why is she such a freakin' crybaby?" It's a little weird.

Hmm. I think that my two favourites would be Pluto and Saturn, because their personalities fascinate me, and their pasts as well. I love Pluto's occupation as the Guardian of Time. And Saturn, with her childhood with Prof. Tomoe, and the way she slowly becomes friends with Chibi-Usa...I guess those two just remind me of myself, I suppose. And on a plus, their attacks RULE.
Yaten's another favourite. For no apparent reason, he just rocks, and I love his voice.
My least favourite would be Uranus and Neptune, mostly because I can't stand their attitude in S. That may be partial to the dub, but I don't think that even the sub could change my mind about that...I just can't stand them at all.

First starting with senshi per se senshi: My favorite is Sailor Saturn, because of her dark colors, that spiky brooch thing on her ribbon, and her downright scary attacks. If I were starting a Sailor Team, she'd be my first round draft pick.

Least favorite would be Star Healer. Talk about a third wheel! They never really got around to developing a fighting profile for her, a drawback of Sailor Stars having so few episodes.

But, taking them as characters, counting their civilian forms as well, my favorite is Usagi. She's self-centered, lovesick, and food-crazy. That's me! And she uses those qualities to save the world. (Well, not the food thing)

My least favorite is therefore Chibiusa. In her first appearance, she breaks up Usagi and Mamoru's relationship, demands the Ginzuishou, and brainwashes Ikuko and family. And everyone favored her because she was younger than Usagi. As one who has often been discriminated against for being the oldest of the group, I feel her pain. Now, they spend the rest of R explaining her situation, which is understandably tragic, and the next two seasons she mellows a lot, but for me she never got past the first impressions.

I can easily understand the opinions of those who reverse the positions of those two, liking Chibiusa and disliking Usagi. It depends on your view.

But I do get guilty pleasure out of the spanking scenes between the two.

Um, no. I don't care for chibiusa, but I have to correct that bit of misunderstanding. Chibiusa didn't break Mamoru and Usagi up. Mamoru terminated their relationship becuase he had a recurring nightmare about Usagi's death. Chibiusa had NOTHING to do with the breakup. I may not like Chibiusa, but I'm tired of people blaming her character for Mamoru's decision to bust it up with Usagi.

I don't like Usagi or Chibi-usa. Both are annoying, and they made large parts of SuperS too tedious to watch for me (I don't like any episode where only they show up to fight the monster of the day, which is many).

As I've probably said before, Mercury is my favorite. Then Neptune, Jupiter, and Uranus in that order.

My favorite is the manga version of Sailor Mercury. In the manga they give her more personality than in the anime. Although in the Super S special "Ami's first love" they finally show some of Ami's true personality. I have a fan-subed copy and if anyone wants a copy just send me an email. Click the link here. It has an ilistated guide to "Ami's first love" .

My least favorite is anime version Chibi-Usa. She's an annoying brat. I can't stand the way she treats Usagi.

Well, like I said, it was a first impression thing for me. It may have been a fakeout, but it atill got under my skin. Plus the way Mamoru would be completely cold to Usagi until Chibiusa showed up really annoyed me.

Or, if you want strict causation, Chibiusa stole the future Ginzuishou, dropping the defenses of Crystal Tokyo, causing the coma of Neo-Queen Serenity, necessititaing Endymion sending the nightmare to Mamoru. Maybe not enough to hold up in court, but she's not entirely innocent.

Well, I mean, I completely agree about that. I can hardly stand her in R. In the scene where Usagi goes to slap her becuase it was her fault the senshi got taken captive, I wanted to jump up and help.

My favorite of the Inner Senshi is Rei because even though she talks tough, she honestly cares about her friends and I love her attacks and the outfit she wears as a Sailor Senshi simply because I think they look cool. ^^ The only thing I don't think I like about Rei is that character image song of hers from one of the cds, "Fire Soul Love" or whatever it's called. That glass breaking at the end of it always scares the crap out of me. ><

My least favorite out of the Inner Senshi is Chibi-usa. If I didn't know any better, I would say that she was working for the villians in the R season. She really annoyed me half of the time, especially in the R and Supers seasons. The only time she doesn't annoy me is in the S season and Supers movie because I think her friendship with Hotaru and Peruru are both very sweet.

My favorite of the Outer Senshi is Hotaru. I like her because she's not little ms. perfect like the others try to be and her healing powers are pretty nifty, too. I wonder why she never used them in the later episodes....I highly respect her for putting up with Chibi-usa since I find her very annoying most of the time but their friendship is just abosuletly uber-cute.

My least favorite of the Outer Senshi is the others because they act like they're so perfect in everything they do, especially in the S season. They're always saying that sacrificing someone is the only way when Usagi constantly tells them it's not, and I'm like "geez, listen to this girl!" Even after the Holy Grail is found, they still act cold to the Inner Senshi and believe they can't handle the Death Busters. Hello, didn't they hear about how they handled the Dark Kindgom and the Black Moon?

My favorite of the Sailor Starlights is probably Seiya because I think he's funny and he and Usagi work better as a couple than Usagi and Mamoru to me. I also like how he was the only one of the Starlights who was willing to work together with the other Sailor Senshi. He even wanted to tell Usagi that he was really Sailor Star Fighter and I think if Seiya could've gotten the chance to explain to Usagi the situation, things might've went at least a little bit smoother. I mean, maybe they could've avoided a lot of the pain they went through in those last couple of battles against Sailor Galxaia?

My least favorite of the Starlights is definetly Taiki. Although I started to like him in the episode where he went to go see the little girl who was having the surgery done, most of the time I thought he was just...boring.

Is it ok if we add Sailor Luna to the mix? Or should we wait a few weeks?

I don't believe I replied to this thread.

It's hard for me to choose a dominant favorite senshi nowadays since just about everyone of them have been my favorite at some point and time, especially Saturn. My current favorites are Rei and Chibiusa. I like Rei because she looks the hottest and is into all the Shinto stuff, plus has a humorous side. Chibiusa is really cute and she has her humorous side as well.

Least favorite would have to be the Starlights. Seiya/Star Fighter is okay since he's the most reasonable out of the three and actually falls for Usagi. The other two, Yaten and Taiki, are just complete assholes.

I don't see how anyone can really have much of an opinion on Sailor Luna as of yet. Right now all we've seen of her is a few promo pics, and about 15 - 20 seconds of footage of her in the act 27 preview. I don't know how anyone can have a really honest, thought out opinion of her with her not even being seen in an episode yet, just my thoughts.

As much as I liked the SuperS season, I have to agree: Usagi and Chibi-Usa were in way too many damn episodes by themselves. Even S gave more respect for the other Inner Senshi..and S was virtually "Pretty Soldier Sailor Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Saturn, and (in very small print) Sailor Moon S".

I love them all. Well... at least I tolerate them all, heh. Taiki is pushing it a bit ;)

Seriously, though. I love Moon, Venus, Neptune and Uranus the most, I think, but I can't choose between those four. Except...

A lot of people hate Chibiusa. Fair enough, I can see why. I don't hate her as Chibiusa, in fact in R I thought she was very sweet, but as a senshi... no. Just, no. What's she for, as a senshi, anyway? Apart from Chibimoon's first appearance when Pink Sugar Heart Attack failed and made me laugh, as a senshi I just want to tell her to go away until she, like, learns things. Grrrrr.

Chibi-Usa isn't one of my favorites but she's not bad. I like her. Even though she got annoying at times in R, I felt sorry for the kid.

I would've perfered if she had more power as a senshi in the anime series though. She couldn't do much on her own. Yet in R before she became a senshi, everyone was in awe when they saw her power. o_O
In R, she had the Silver Crystal inside her body, which is why her forehead lit up like that whenever her emotions got too charged up. She doesn't have it in her body in S, thus the lack of power
But she still has the Silver Crystal afterwards, (unless I missed something, that's what she uses to transform) And even in the last R episode when it came out of her body, she used it against the Death Phantom. And she was very helpful. So I didn't think it should make a difference.

That's a hard coice to make, but here goes...

My favorite senshi has always been Jupiter because I've always wanted to be strong like her, both physically and emotionally. I also admire Mercury's intellect and Minako's dedication to become a famous idol. I like Saturn because she is such a fun girl, though she seems lonley and mysterious. I also like Star Fighter because she/he's so outgoing and she/he seems quite carefree. Though, not as fun and Carefree as Usagi. In real life, I'm probably most like Usagi. Though I have talents in the arts, I'm a major klutz (I have this 'issue' with curbs on the roads and I constantly trip on them) and I sometimes don't always make the best decisions.

My least favorite senshi is probably Star Maker. He/she just seems to have an underdeveloped character, unlike Star Fighter. Maker, just sort of blends into the background and doesn't really interest me.

I really like all the characters really, so it's hard to make a choice.
