Favorite and Least Favorite Senshi?

Well, it just seems to me that she only acts mature when she's getting her ass handed to her. Any other time she's the same ditzy blonde girl as when we first met her.

In case you didn't figure it out I was taking a stab at Sailor Sues.

Well, seriously, it would have to be Sailor Mercury. I love her like the others, but sadly, she was on the borderline of Sue.

Admittedly, I remember a lot more about manga Minako than anime (since I prefer the manga), but I don't ever remember seeing that in the anime either.

In the manga (or was it Sailor V?, I can never keep the two straight -_-;; ) I recall it implied that she has a bad relationship with her mom. Her family life was far from perfect, and I don't remember her being rich or anything... so please explain this? o_O

Unless maybe you're talking about PGSM?.... cause I've heard things like that about that series, but personally I've never seen it so I couldn't agree or disagree. I'm not trying to start an argument or anything, everybody likes different characters... just confused as to why you think that. ^_^

Michiru- I think she is too clingy, annoying..
Ami- I really think she is the loser of the senshi team, I think she is pretty much pointless there and when the senshi crack jokes or something she always ruins them with her study crap speech (sorry to her fans but I really dislike her)
Usagi- I find her a little bit annoying

My favorite is Venus !
She's so powerful, good at jumping, mature, funny, and besides we share the love for volleyball and fluency in English. Also, orange is my favorite color.

The one I dislike is Star Maker; too big a forehead, ugly voice, uninteresting personality.

Sailormars and Sailor Pluto are my favorite senshi. I just love them so much lol

as for my least favorite. Sailor Chibi Moon wins that hands down.

Sailor Mercury - So much like me
Sailor Mars - same attitude as me.
Sailor Jupiter - Stong like me
Sailor Venus - Loves Boys! Like me
Sailor Chibi Moon - gotta love her, she's pink!
Tuxedo Mask - oh i just love him...those blue eyes.....

Least favourite-
Okay all you pluto fans dont kill me but these something i just dont like, cant she understand rini's name is rini in the 20th century! Not small lady! sorry her voice annoys but but in Japanese shes ace!

Sailor Galaxia - starts of evil and technically she's a senshi so therelol. but saying thatit was all chaos....

I really like Saillor Venus
she is so funny with her wrong poverbs and is some times a lil bit sassy like in the episode when chibi chibi had a doll and the where at a rich mans place but she can be serius to she thought she was not good enough to get her heart snatched.

chibi moon I don't really like her I think its just her character

Favorites: Venus and Saturn-Venus just appeals to me because she has a lot of spunk. Saturn is second simply because I can relate to her being friendless in the beginning.

Least Favorites: Jupiter and Uranus-My god, they turned poor Mako into a boy craved whore with large boobs. Uranus sounds too much like a guy, and her name sounds like she talking about my anus.

Absolutely-without-a-doubt: Sailor Moon. She's sweet, adorable, funny and caring. Yes, she has her faults, but her initial immaturity just accentuates how courageous and powerful she can be (there's hope for me yet:).

I honestly haven't seen enough to judge a least favourite, even then I think it'll make me feel wrong, I love them all.

i think myu favorites are mercury, jupiter and neptune...i cant really decide which thoiugh i think my least favorite is chibimoon but i think this is more affected by her personality as chibiusa.she sems to bratty in r and then in supers shes better and i know she likes usagi-obvioduly dhe her future mom, but shes jus to man to her..

Favourite: Haruka. Not only is she hot, her personality is great. She's insanely loyal to herself and her mission, but at the same time, she finds time to be cute and funny.

Least Favourite: Minako or Chibiusa. They both really annoy me.

Not the most exciting thread to bump, but hey, at least I'm not starting a new one, right?

Anyway, I've watched until the end of S as of last night. Instead of just listing a favourite and a least favourite, I'm just going to rank how I feel about all the Senshi... Probably going to turn out a big long, but ah well.

1. Usagi: Not the most creative pick for #1, but I think it kind of goes without saying why she'd be here.

2. Hotaru: She sure shot up my list fast. I really liked Hotaru and am really disappointed that won't be in SuperS, which I'll probably start next week. I thought she was really sweet and generally an interesting character. She got me more emotionally involved in the storyline, and in doing so boosted up the entire season for me and became my #2 in the process. I also thought her voice was awesome!

3. Chibi-Usa: Not the most popular choice, but I think Chibi-Usa is great. She's very cute and I liked her soon after she arrived in R. I also loved her friendship with Hotaru throughout S. She was actually my second favourite before I finished that season.

4. Haruka: Awesome, simply put. She stands out a lot from the other Senshi and had a lot of great moments. Don't really need to elaborate here either.

5. Rei: I love the relationship between her and Usagi. One of my favourite moments between them was actually at the end of S when Rei accidentally insults the backpack Usagi made for Chibi-Usa.

6. Minako: Minako is great. It's pretty surprising how her character suddenly makes a bit of a jump in S though... Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention beforehand, but things like her reaction to her Pure Heart not being targeted seemed to be pretty weird in comparison to how she was in previous seasons.

7. Michiru: Feel slightly guilty putting her this low, because I still really liked Michiru. Seeing her little 'crush' on Haruka in the episode when they first met was great.

8. Ami: Had a bit of a hard time deciding who would go where between her and Makoto. Not a big fan of either, but Ami does have a few moments here and there... Although I should hope so given the amount of episodes she gets devoted to her.

9. Makoto: Not really a fan. I thought she was really interesting for her first few episodes, but in later seasons the interest kinda died down for me.

10. Setsuna: Hey, no offense Pluto fans... But I just find her really boring. Aside from her role in the final battle of S I can't recall anything she did ever impressing me or catching my attention in the slightest.

Favorite: I think you could tell that just from my screenname, that Sailor Mercury is and always has been from my favorite character in the anime and manga. She's somewhat like me as far as being shy and reserved. We are also both Virgos, our favorite color is blue, and we both love to read. My second favorite is Sailor Neptune because she's so sophisticated and she's always calm and reserved. I also love her sea-based powers and it's a shame that Submarine Violon Tide isn't in the anime.

Least Favorite: Arguably, one of the reasons I disliked the Stars series was because of the Sailor Starlights. When I first heard about these three jokers, I thought they were evil Senshi. I never understood why anyone would want to Seiya to be with Usagi because I personally just thought as Seiya (and the Starlights) to be a replacement for Mamoru. The Sailor Starlights' powers are very bland and they just seem like the Outers as noted above before. Maybe once I get through reading the Stars manga I'll have a different opinion about them since Ms. Takeuchi intended for them to be fairly minor characters.

Favourite: Sailor Mars. Why? Because she's kick ass! She's tough, independant and compassionate. Plus she has that cool attack with the pheonix!

Least Favourite: Star fighter. Why? Because as Seiya I wanted to throttle her. All Seiya ever did was linger around Usagi. It was cute at first but then it got annoying.

I've only seen up to S (have read all the manga though) so I can't really say much about the Sailor Stars...

My 3 favorites would be Mercury and Neptune for various reasons...

Mercury: I'm more similar to Mercury personality wise so she's my 1# favorite. She also has ice/water related attacks which are really cool.
Neptune: She and Uranus are really cool. I love the transformation sequences and attacks they have, but I love Neptune's calm personality. We also have the same wavy hair style.

(Though my hair isn't green... I'd get kicked out of my school for that...)

My least favorite would be... gah, I can't choose. I've never seen Stars so I'm bound not to like one of them...

If going by the anime id have to say hands down my favorite is Jupiter and Saturn even though they didnt get nearly as much development as I thought they deserved their characters still endeared me to the anime.

For dislike it would have to be anime Mars/Rei and Chibiusa/Chibimoon. Their personalities really disturbed and annoyed me, also Neptune and Uranus I just didnt like the way they came off.

But by the books I think I actually like them all equally I think the only senshi id still couldnt relate to is Neptune but thats because she really is the one who comes across as flawless and I dunno that just irked me about her, but she is definately warmer in the books then she is in the anime.

And im sorry I dont agree with the whole Mercury is pointless in the anime, I mean yeah she didnt get to flaunt her skills as much as the others but she was the tactical and stradegical part of the team. I mean sure she wasnt the funny one but they werent all supposed to be alike. Its why I get so mad at the whole Ami conversion cause too much depth was taken from her. Instead of being smart strong and versitale they focused only on her smarts making alot of people assume she wasnt vital to the team. </rant>
