No, Sabrina the Gym Leader barely has any family left at the point we see her, and she's still a teenager anyway, from what it looks like. The little girl who is seen with her is not her daughter, but:

Anyway, I think that girl looks like a mini-Sabrina, that is, with black hair, not pink.

Actually, the Chibiusa look-alike in Pokemon is named Marisa. She appears in the Orange Islands episode [spoiler]where Ash and co. meet up with a crystal Onix[/spoiler]

From the hentai anime Karakuri Ninja Girl, Fawn Bell and Moon Shadow are homages, or ripoffs if you think that way, of Usagi and Mamoru respectively. It is a fairly well done hentai piece, quite unlike Sailor Moon and the 7 Ballz, which is one of the worst anime, hentai or otherwise, you'll ever have the pleasure of avoiding seeing.

Chihiro from "Spirited Away" looks like a kid version of Makoto! She not only has the brown ponytail, but also the two hair strands that hang down in front of Makoto's ears. (are those spit curls?)

Kagome from IY and Rei from BSSM look so much alike it's uncanny.
Seeing a glimpse of Kagome on an IY preveiw was the only reason i decided to watch it. I thought Kagome was Rei.

And when I was young and first saw BSSM I thought Mamouru and Saphir were the same person. I thought Mamouru had been turned evil or betrayed the senshi but after awhile I really began to see the difference.

Two lookalikes from Magic User's Club:

Nanaka looks like Ami with less poofy hair.

Akane looks like Peruru with long hair. The reason I said Peruru is I just noticed he has a little pink streak in front like Akane, and they both kind of have curly hair.

Some Azumanga Daioh lookalikes:

Haruna-sensei looks a LOT like Yukari-sensei. Not to mention they're both teachers who are still single and quite interested in dating.

Sakaki looks rather like Rei, with her long black hair. Also, Rei's popular at her school, just like how Sakaki has many admirers.

Not sure if this counts, but Chiyo-chan looks like she could be Taiki and Chibi-Usa's child. She has manga Taiki's hair color and her pigtails (if they stuck up more) would look like Chibi-Usa's pointy odango. Also, she not only the cute little kid of the group, but she's also the brains.

At the beginning of episode 5 of Wedding Peach, in the front row of the crowd, there are two girls that looks like Ami and Rei ^^

Luna in Lunar Silver Star Story reminds me of Ami

Madoka in Kimagure Orange Road reminds me of Rei

The little girl doctor that Lina goes to see to regain her magic in Slayers Next! I forgot her name though. But she had pink hair and cones exactly like Chibi Usa's! Only it wasn't as detailed.

I don't think their hair is alike at all. o_O; Maybe I just think Muraki is far sexier. I dunno. I just don't see it, save for maybe the lab coat.

i dont know if there is a topic for this already(dont flame me if there is), but has anyone evr met anyone whose reminded you like someone from Sailor moon? I had a dance teacher one time who kinda looked like Usagi and I know a girl for some odd reason reminds of Hotaru.
