Worst dub treatment of senshi transformations and attacks

I've never seen the episode but I downloaded a clip of her attack and she says Meteor strike...Unless it was a fandub, it sounded genuine though.

Meteor Strike is from a well-known fandub, created by Mark Spragues, who began a fandub of SMS, and as far as I know, never finished.

Why the hell would some create a fun dub thats even more off than the actual dub? It was almost as bad as what's their face Negavision Stars fandub putting DIC music in to "be more authentic sounding" I suppose even though Cloverway had been using the original japenese music.
