I'm not sure how I stumbled upon those, but because I did I managed to copy and paste the Japanese text.
You'd be suprised how much cool Sailor Moon stuff you'll find!

I was a little confused by it.
Does anyone know where it may have come from?
It's clips from the classic finale, but the voice overs for Usagi are clearly done by Mistuishi Kotono, rather than Araki Kae.

I thought that Mistuishi Kotono was the only voice of Usagi/Sailor Moon in Japanese. Did she have 2 VAs in Japanese too? If so...freaky.

Araki Kae, Chibiusa's voice actor, was Sailor Moon while Kotono was sick during the end of classic Sailor Moon.

I honestly can't tell the difference. :/

This is all very... interesting. I never really thought to look for stuff like this on YouTube.

I can tell a major difference!!
Kae's Usagi falls flat emotionally for me, even though she's a good Chibiusa.

But yea, I only found the really cool Sailor Moon stuff after copy pasting the Japanese writing.

Now that I hear Kotono Mitsuishi in that video it's the first time that I'm actually sad that she was sick during these emotional episodes. She is such a great actress and much better than Kae Araki.

To me, Araki and Mitsuishi's voices are similar when they speak in a normal tone, it's when they scream that they are very different. Her "Moon Prism Power Make-Up", "Moon Tiara Action" and intro speech makes me cringe sometimes. I DO love her scream in episode 47 when she regains her memories, though.

Yea, and also when they speak softly.
I honestly didn't think there'd be a difference in their voices until I saw episode 45 for the first time, and I was bummed.

According to a friend of mine, the audio comes from an audio cassette release of the season finale that was released in Japan and the audio clips were synched up to the video clips by a fan.

Damn, the final with Kotono was taken down right when I was about to download it and the user hasn't been online in 2 months so there's probably no idea to send an email. =(
Does anyone else know if there's some other place I can watch it or download it?
Maybe someone was smarter than me and downloaded it when it was still up?
