Um, I have a question about Neo-Queen Serenity. I’ve found this confusing for sometime now. Is she supposed to be another reincarnation of Princess Serenity, like Usagi was, or is she still the same Usagi but as an adult?
I’ve tried several different sites but all I ever find is that she is the future ruler of Crystal Tokyo.

If what im going by what ive read and watched in both the manga and anime, Neo Queen Serenity is Usagi's future self in crystal Tokoyo. Though the story can be confusing because Usagi as Sailor moon dies several times and because of all the time traveling Chibi Usa did that timeline could have been thrown off. And I believe she takes on the name Serenity since it was her royal name in the past and if you go by the manga which im not sure if you have access then there is a good reason why she would do this to.
[spoiler] After facing down Galaxia, basically the world as she knew it has been destroyed. Everyone is rebirthed by the galaxy cauldron, though she and the other senshi retain their forms and go onto the future. Though all the people they loved and knew are probably gone or reincarnated Usagi and Mamarou wake up in bed together to a new future. And at the very end of the Manga you see Serenity and Endymion married in a bright crystal like place [/spoiler]
so in a sense you can say she does become the queen but I think Ms. Takeuchi leaves it up to the fans imaginations what happens.
