hey guys,
I was searching the Internet one day and found out that NAMCO had something about a sailor moon wii game. while THIS IS NOT 100% CONFIRMED if it makes it through what kind of game do you
think it will be (feel free to post other information here too)

A Sailor Moon RPG ala Secret of Mana and Final Fantasy would be really fun to play. The Senshi are slowly losing their powers, and must go to the power points on the earth to regain them! Will they find the powers they need to look for, or will they have to travel further than the earth to find them? OoOoOo uber neat.

If I were an electronic device, I'd clearly be an iDork.

Given SM's age and Naoko's deathgrip of the license, I'm leaning "Bogus" on this rumor. Plus one major VA has retired and two more has more or less faded into obscurity,

So I'll only believe when I see it.

Hmmm... I just had a thought. Perhaps, IF there IS a Sailor Moon game coming out, they could be basing it off PGSM (since it's the most recent version). Wonder how THAT wold work out...

Namco has always been pretty prolific in the RPG field... they're the creator of the Tales series (the best RPG series ever) and Baten Kaitos. Another Story kicked ass simply because it was an RPG about Sailor Moon, so I'd definitely like to see a second one.

I would also enjoy a Sailor Moon Wii game. I'm not sure if my mother will actually get it for me because she doesn't like the series and when she doesn't like something, she won't buy it. Which is bullshit.

Unlikely. It'll probably be a Japan only.

Of course, you can still import it. (Does the Wii play Japanese games on a US console?) But that would require either a check card, credit card, or a Paypal account. All of which are probably out of Sailor V's reach at the moment.

Yeah. There's still such a thing as region lockout, but not between American and Japanese systems.

If its in Japan, then even if I do earn the money, I would still not be able to get it. She would rather drop dead first than to see me imprt a game from another region.
