She doesn't like dogs because they peed on her feet.

Green with envy. That and she wears black. I had forgotten about Tin Nyanko possibly fitting this one too.
3) This character has something in common with Usagi.
She went crazy over the sweets at the pastry shop just like Usagi did in that one episode, and I think she was right alongside Usagi.

I think that was a Star Wars picture. In the dub, people like to say that Zirconia sounds like Yoda, hence its relation to her.
