Sailor Broom Girl Amber - It's not she was useless (she wasn't), it's because the strange plants she sometimes used in battle had a tendancy to eat the other Sailor Senshi (well... they tried to).

Sailor Blackhole: Well, she could've been good. Her powers were useful by sucking away the bad guys. Too bad she sucked everything else with them. Another example of trying to do good and yet it backfires.

Sailor D'you-Know-What-I-Mean - because she kept saying that after every phrase and after that kept explaining what she meant and how stupid other senshis were for not understanding her.

Sailor And-I'm-Not-Gay - a male, who turned to be Ozzy Osbourne. Rejected just because he had to finally finish his album, "Down to Earth" (now do get why he called it like that

? ), and he kept saying this while thanking Sailor Stars after each time they saved his life. He kept on doing this in the album's booklet.

Sailor Canadian: Rejected because her attacks involved deranged mooses and maple syrup that got the Senshi in a boat load of trouble because of the mess that she had made all over the city. Also, she never shaved her legs.

Saila Gangsta: Uses Magic Bling-Bling of Doom and Homegirl Power. Rejected because she had a strange language that no one could understand 99.9% of the time. Also, when Rei gave her a command she would scoff, "Bitch, please!"

Sailor Hippie- The other Senshi digged her peace and love attitude

But she was ultimately rejected for going off for long periods of time and coming back smellng funny with a glassy look in her eyes. Always made the other senshi stop when passing 7-11's or walgreens due to extreme cases of the munchies.

Sailor Zelda: Initially useful, with her Light Arrow attack, she had incresingly bad aim, bolting the other senshi. Also, she was prone to kidnappings and would do NOTHING to save herself. Ultimately rejected for trying to impose some "tri-force" nonsense on the group's Moon Kingdom belief.

Sailor Gadget: Android-ish senshi. Would've been useful, with all the gadgets, but it kept malfunctioning. They quickly pulled the plug on her.

Sailor Chibisteven

Was instantley rejected because he didn't wear any of the uniforms and was a guy. Had behavior often resembling obessive compulsive disorder with just about anything. In example when he got a new video game and he played it 24/7 for an entire month. Could barely bend over. And became the laughing stock of the universe.

Sailor Peach: Awful, Awful, Awful senshi. She tried to command them around. When she was given commands, she would tell the Senshi to back off. She baked cakes and never shared them and she also attack with a frying pan and nearly got the others killed.
