In the original Japanese, though, the word for "Mercury," "suisei," has the kanji for water planet/star in it. So it might be referring to that.

Dumbest line: When Mako/Lita is in the hospital giving blood to that guy (forgot his Japanese Name)/Ken, Usagi/Serena comments that she could sing, but it would make everybody feel worse. Um, hello? Mako was having a moment with her best friend, Idiot.
Bob: People! Tiff had to put the crying Usagi banner up! Enter the contest!!! D8
Tiff: They must love making Usagi cry. ;_; poor Usagi.

This is from the dub: the girls are in front of Mugen High and red daimons start falling on them.

Moon: "I knew I should've brought an umbrella!"

I won't comment.

Just about EVERY speech Tuxedo Kamen makes in the dub is dumb AND lame.

In episode 62, "The friendship of the Soldiers! Good-bye Ami-chan!", Chibi-usa sees an ice cream store and starts getting hungry for chocolate mint ice cream, but then she says to herself that she isn't a kid anymore and tries to act all "grown up" in front of Ami by refusing her offer to eat ice cream with her. How exactly does turning down ice cream make you grown up? That line was stupid because plently of adults love to eat ice cream and I don't understand what could make Chibi-usa even think turning down ice cream makes you a grown up, especially since she just saw a whole bunch of adults buying ice cream right in front of her.

Well... in the anime Chibi-Usa is a little kid (I know in the manga she was like... 900000 or some ridiculous number but since the anime never says anything I've always assumed she was an actual child) and when your that young you think being grown up means that you don't enjoy ANYTHING that an adult when enjoy and visa versa.

I don't really know how to explain my theory much clearer than that.

I agree with that, also the whole thing with Chibi Usa wanting to be like her mother; a respectable figure... who probably wouldnt be seen eating ice-cream much (but in Usagi's case i dont think she would turn down ice cream, ever!).

That's a problem with him period, actually...
"Tell my tale to those who ask... tell it truthfully, the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly. The rest... is silence..." last words of Dinobot, "Code of Hero"

This from the fourth episode of S. In the dub Sarena says the stupidest line. I still laughed hysterically but it was dumb.

(Sarena first sees Michelle playing the violin)
Sarena: Wow! You look just like a jewelry box princess with a guitar!

It's so stupid its funny! I just pictured Princess Neptune sitting on her porch speaking with a heavy southern accent, "Get off mah property meatball head!" Continuing to play her guitar. (Oh, wait. That would be a banjo. I screwed that up bad....)

In the episode where Serena fisrt meets Jedite, she is fighting him and nothing is working. He walks towards her menacingly, but Tuxedo Kamen's rose gets in the way. Jedite hesitates then goes away and Sailor Moon says:

"This rose must have special powers."

I don't know if this is only a dub line or not, but it just seems to be the stupidest excuse  . I just don't get it. Can anyone tell me what it's supposed to be or explain it.
There's also a line in the very first episode, but I'll get back to you on that. :P

Okay, I think this one went like this:

English Episode 92 (or whatever number it was in the dub)

Amara: --blahblah, says something more eloquent about Michelle not being his-her girlfriend-- "You still have a chance."
Mina and Serena: --heartbroken for no apparent reason--
Michelle: --says something stupid and untrue about Amara believing in fairy tale love--
Amara: --something about Michelle being all cynical and whatnot--
(Obviously, I totally forgot this conversation....Sorry)
Mina: "Question! Does that mean Amara isn't your prince charming?"
Serena: "A simple yes or or no will do!"
Michelle: "Simple no."

Why would Mina and Serena be sad if they still have a shot? ......isn't that last part the same as,
Mina: "Does that mean Amara is your prince charming?"
Michelle: "Yes."

Stupid but adorable:

"HYPER...HIGH-POWER...JE-TO!!!" from ep 181. That kid was just so cute. Seiya was funny when he said it, too.

I think they were sad because they realized "Amara" was girl... was the the episode where they were following them around?

I'll answer that: Yes, it's that episode.
But I think there was something messed up. I think in the original version, it's episode 92 (I'm actually sure of it). In English, it would be... no idea. That's the problem with episode numbers when cutting some of the episodes, am I right, DiC? ;P

No, they didn't know she was a girl until the last minute or so. In the original, they were sad because Haruka said something about Michiru meaning a lot to 'him'.

Ah, I just watched the (original) episode and it seems that they were upset because haruka said she and Michiru were lovers. Michiru then moves onto the scene and says they aren't.
