The meaning of "uncut" exactly...
Okay, so i'm expecting my SM dvd soon and it's complete and uncut...but how much is actually cut? I mean, is it just small changes or drastic ones that the cartoon network definitly wouldn't show? Cuz although most SM fans are for sub, there are some dub fans who want the same japanese quality just in english

The English dubs of Sailor Moon that you see on TV are edited and not complete. The original Japanese Sailor Moon episodes are uncut and complete. What is meant by that is that there are no edited or omitted scenes and everything is there. But everything is there because it's the original. The dubs are not the original.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.
