Tracey Moore(first dub voice)was awesome as Usagi. She's no Mitsuishi-sama(as stated by a previous poster),but she practically nailed the role.Too bad she had to be replaced by the accursed actresses from hell known as Terri Hawkes and Linda Ballantyne so soon.
Besides Ami,the DiC Inner Senshi all got good voices as well, but Chibi-Usa's was god-awful,and "Raye's" second voice made her sound like even more of a bitch than before. The worst dub voice ever for a major character,in my opinion, was Luna's.Absolutely putrid. Why,oh why,did they have to make her a British nanny?(Boy,I'll tell ya,it ruined the S movie).Even "Molly's" horrid New Yorker accent is better than listening to Luna.I really liked the dub's portrayal of Umino, though, and Artemis' voice was okay,I guess.
And then there's Cloverway. An even worse "Amy",I must say,and the introduction of Linda Ballantyne...*shudder*.Lita and Raye still sounded good(Raye got her old voice back,of course),and Emilie Barlow(second Raye voice)does a much better Minako than Rei.Haruka and Michiru's voices weren't too bad,but the original Haruka was Megumi Ogata(my favorite female seiyuu),for cryin' out loud.Hotaru's voice was lovely, and all hail Stephanie Beard!(new Chibi-Usa)
Oops, forgot to comment on Mamoru.Like Usagi,he had three different dub voices--Rino Ramano,Toby Proctor, and Vince Corozza.Ramano was a little too jerk-y,and Proctor was suiting to the role but unable to really act,but I adored Vince Corozza. The voice itself was young yet sexy-sounding,and he really tried to put emphasis on his role.No offense, but I'm not really fond of Japanese Mamo-chan's 30-40-year old "manly"-sounding voice.
I'm sure I missed a few things, but those are the only opinions that were able to spring to mind at the moment.
