Thank you for all the replies. I think I checked out amazon and they wanted like.. $30 for one copy. I nearly fell over Serina style[sweatdrop included]. I guess I could take a look at Ebay. Now that I recall though, it did drive me nuts when they called her "Bunny" in the manga. How does that translate? :P

Serena's Japanese name, Tsukino Usagi, means "rabbit of the moon" in English, so Bunny is an accurate translation of Usagi.

"Those who made mistakes blame themselves and close their hearts. It's impossible to fix a mistake. Man can't return to the past. That's why we drink. Drunks, lushes, sliding alcohol down their throats to dilute the memories that can't be denied.-Vash The Stampede"

Where is the best place to get the japanese manga from tho? I bought 10 off Ebay (someone was selling them in a bundle) but I would like to get the ones I'm missing. How many Japanese ones are there? The highest I have is no. 17.

I also have the first manga of SM in English and the 3 Stars mangas in english, but I much prefer the look of the japanese books, even if it takes a while to get used to reading backwards!

If anyone can help, thanks!

The original print run of the Japanese graphic novels had 18 volumes, while the new one has 12 + two "short story" collections. You'll be very hard pressed to find the original print run in stores other than eBay and other Japanese used book stores.

Manga Style has a nice listing of places where you can pick up both the old and new releases of the manga. Some places of note are Sasuga Books, which stocks the reprints (I used to visit their old site in Porter Square, MA, and it was practically lined with graphic novels). JPQueen seems to have all of the original run and most of the new run in stock, but be warned that a) they are in good-to-so-so condition (used) and b) the store also stocks doujinshi, both hentai and otherwise.
