Confused on episode 6 and 4

There are two things confusing me on episode 6 and one on episode 4. Could somebody please clear these three things up?

1. Right after Usagi uses the Disguise Pen, she says to Luna "But, they may not let cats in.". Then I can't tell if Luna says a Japanese word that didn't get subtitled or a weird noise. Either way, she seemed very freaked out. Why?

2. This is the second one: When Usagi asks for a cream soda the bar tender says they don't carry that. So Usagi says she will have nothing then. Why did the bar tender seem so freaked out?

3. This doesn't deal with episode 6 but episode 4. At the end when Usagi is fighting the 3 goons in the gym, a quick flash appeared that seemed like it didn't belong there. The ending part of Usagi's henshin. Was this an animator's mistake, or does it have to do with ADV's crappy release?

I would greatly appreciate it if these questions could get answered. (If you need to know, I'm watching these episode off of YouTube.)

Edit: Now I feel very stupid. I rewatched the episode. Now I don't even understand how Usagi defeated the youma. (Besides using the tiara, I mean. The one thing she did with the mic is what I am talking about.

I would guess in answer to your second question is because it's a high-class grown-up nightclub and ordering a chocolate shake would not only be strange since they're not served, but also childish.

Yeah, I understand that, Rainbow. But, he got freaked out when she said she wasn't going to order anything. He just seemed surprised when she said something about a cream soda.

Oh. Maybe he wasn't used to people not ordering anything? I honestly don't know why, then, especially since it's been a while since I've seen that episode.

I just watched that episode yesterday.

Maybe Luna was freaked out about Usagi going into a night club? I don't know. I thought it was odd to. I think she just made a weird cat noise and freaked out.

How many adults walk into a bar, ask for a kid's drink like cream soda instead of beer and don't order anything when they don't have it?

I gotta go with #1SMF here--A night club should have soft drinks for teetotalers, and if they don't, saying that you won't have anything and just want to listen to the music shouldn't elicit shock. Just bring me water and come back to see if I want to eat something.

I mean, it explains why it happened, but I wouldn't say it was justified.

I'm guessing the animators just threw it in as extra stock footage. We all know Toei Douga loves to reuse stock footage.

ok Im kinda going off topic here but I need something cleared up.

The ending part of Usagi's henshin.

I have no idea what this means lol. henshin is a character in a yu gi oh video game as far as I know lol. Anyone want to help me out here *feels silly lol*

Henshin is "Transformation". :D

BTW I will most likely ask what inserted japanese words mean unless I know already. I took 2 semesters of japanese in college but didnt learn words like henshin

Ok, another thing: This had me going CRAZY!!!!!! Now I haven't noticed this in othe SM episodes I have watched. Today I was watching episode 8. OK, so you know how when characters talk their mouths move? Well, for some reason in this episode the mouths started moving before they started talking!! Why? Is the animator's fault. Or somehow ADV's fault?

If you're watching the episode on youtube.com, the audio is probably out of sync on the file because that's never happened on my Sailor Moon DVDs. I remember downloading several Supers episodes where the audio was out of sync on the file.

Problemly just an animation goof. Lip movements in anime are crappy 99.99% of the time. I've seen lip-syching mistakes in anime before, nothing new.

Thanks. This might be true. Um, I can't remeber who, what does out of sync mean??? Whatever it means, I have a feeling that was the problem...

Out of Sync means "Out of Synchronization".

Synchronization means "To cause to occur or operate at the same time as something else" (Source: Dictionary.com)

So, basically, "Out of Sync" means that the audio and video were not happening at the same time, making mouths move without words, and having words without mouths moving.
