Character Familiarity

I'd like to know just how familiar the characters are with each other. I know the Inners all call each other by -chan but how do the Inners adress the Outers, the Starlights, Chibi-Usa/Outers... Hotaru/Everyone else (In S).... etc.

I believe they go "Haruka-san", "Michiru-san", "Setsuna-san", Usagi and the others called "Hotaru" just "Hotaru", but Chibiusa says "Hotaru-chan". Does Haruka ever call the Senshi by their names? I don't remember. Haruka calls Usagi her kitten (koneko-chan), but...

I'm pretty sure that Usagi also calls Hotaru "Hotaru-chan". Chibi-usa refers to Pluto as "Puu" and Pluto calls her "Small Lady." I think Haruka and Michiru just refer to her as "the rightful heir in the future" or something to that extent. Haruka also calls Usagi "odango" occassionally and in the episode of the violin monster, Michiru at first calls Usagi "Usagi-san", but she starts calling her Usagi after Usagi insists on her calling her just by her name. Diana also calls Chibi-usa "Small Lady", Luna calls her "Chibi-usa-chan", and Artemis refers to everybody by just their given name without an honorific, expect for Minako who he calls "Mina". Hotaru calls Haruka "Haruka-poppa", and she calls Setsuna "Setsuna-momma", Michiru "Michiru-momma", and she calls Chibi-usa "Chibi-usa-chan." Everybody calls Mamoru "Mamoru-san" expect for Usagi and Chibi-usa who address him as "Mamo-chan". All the Inners call Seiya just by his name and they call Taiki by "Taiki-san" and Yaten by "Yaten-kun". The Three Lights address each other just by their names. The Inners all call Chibi-chibi "Chibi-chibi-chan" expect for Usagi who just calls her by her name.

I believe Usagi is also the only one who calls the Inners by their planet name followed by "chan" whenever they're transformed, like "Mercury-chan, Mars-chan, etc." but she calls the Outers and Starlights just by their planet name when they're transformed. The Outers and Starlights refer to everyone's transformed selves by their full name, for example, they all refer to Sailor Mercury as "Sailor Mercury" and the others just like that with no honorifics, but Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto all address each other with just their planet name without the sailor or honorific.

The Inners all call Tuxedo Mask "Tuxedo Mask-sama" and Princess Serenity adresses Endymion as "Endymion-sama" and Endymion just calls her "Serenity." Usagi calls her dad "Pappa" in Engrish, Ikuko is "mama" in Engrish, and Chibi-usa calls her "Ikuko-mama." Chibi-usa also calls Neo Queen Serenity by "mama" in Engrish, Endymion "pappa" in Engrish, and Shingo calls Usagi "oneechan." All the Inners call Naru by "Naru-chan" and everyone calls Umino "Umino-kun." Usagi calls Motoki "Motoki-oniichan", Makoto calls him "Motoki-san", the Inners call Unazuki "Unazuki-chan" they all call Reika "Reika-san," Ami calls Ryo "Ryo-kun", and everyone calls Yuuichiro just by his name. I think that sums up everyone who I can remember and I'll add more later if I can remember anything else.

I'm pretty sure that Haruka and Michiru call Chibi-Usa "Chibi-chan," at least from what I've heard.

The Starlights call each other, in Sailor form, by "Fighter," "Healer," and "Maker" with no honorific, and they don't use honorifics with each other's names.

However, in their cases, they're always called by their family names because they all have the same personal name, "Kou," and so otherwise it would be very confusing for them.

I wonder if -chan can be a sure indication of characters' familiarity with each other...
In PGSM Usagi always calls Kuroki Mio as Mio-chan even after she learns that Mio is actually an enemy and she obviously does not consider her as a friend.
