Chibi-Usa in one episode tries to create the Grail out of clay in an art class, and mentions that she saw it at home in Crystal Tokyo.
But we all saw at the end of S, that the Holy Grail was destroyed by Mistress 9 and Pharoh 90.
So this means that in the original timeline, Sailor Moon used the Grail and destroyed Hotaru/Mistress 9 and stopped Pharoh 90 that way, because without Chibi-Usa I doubt any of them even met Hotaru and probably only discovered her after the transformation to Mistress 9, thus thinking she's totally evil.
The only missing thought on an 'original timeline' is who's pure heart did Kaorinite take if Chibi-Usa wasn't there (I'm going to guess Mamoru, and after Pharoh 90's defeat they got it back)

Chibi-usa said that she saw a PICTURE of the Holy Grail in her mother's room in Crystal Tokyo, not the actual Holy Grail itself. Quoted from Hitoshi Doi's Sailor Moon Encyclopedia's episode guide, "They saw Chibi Usa working working on a sculpture next to Masanori. Masanori asked Chibi Usa what she was making, and Chibi Usa said that it was a holy grail that she had seen in a picture in her mother's room."

I would also assume that having Chibi-Usa in the same dimension as Usagi does not mean that Neo-Queen Serenity had Chibi-Usa there in her own youth....its some kind of timeline distortion...just because this happened as a result of this now for Usagi doesn't mean that it happened in Neo-Queen Serenity's youth (ie Chibi-Usa coming from the future etc....) its confusing and I can't explain it lmao.
