season 2 DVD last episode......(no spoiler)

Got the Sailormoon R boxset through today- (sorry about my previous mistake on this post) and has anyone else noticed that on the final epsode (that previews Sailormoon S) that the sound quality is absolutely amazing!?

found that very strange....so this is what we COULD have had

Are you talking about the season 2 boxset or the season 3? But then again, there was no season 3 boxset.

Yeah, superior sound quality on an episode that has zero real content.

That's ok, I guess. Anyways I'm not satisfied with ADV at all, their DVD's are worse that the fansubs-VHS. They blame it on Toei all the time, but It is in a way their fault. They should have had better sound quality the whole time instead of "Some eppy's good, some eppy's bad".

What ARE you talking about? Of course its Toei. How other way could they have gotten more if Toei said "This is what you get"? There is no choice for what they got. I think we should be happy there is an official release, instead of complaining about what can not be resolved. ADV has explained Toei would not let them get any other masters.

I still personally believe that regardless of what ADV had, they could have done better with it.

Actually there is a Sailor Moon S boxset. It's on Ebay. Either that or it's a bootleg boxset.

Duh! Almost anything you buy from Ebay is a bootleg! "Ooh, actually, there is a Cardcaptor Sakura boxset! Unless these screwed up subtitles means it's a bootleg!" Hello, check Pioneer's official site next time first. Sorry, I'm just a bit pissed off this morning.

I was happy with both of my box sets. People complained for years until it came out, then it comes out and look at what people do....no comment. I'm not saying that they were perfect, nothing is perfect.

*points that is not a complete boxset. If you READ IT, it's only three DVDs. That's just a small boxset that has the last three DVDs in it. I've seen it before.

Correction: I meant to sat the Sailormoon R Boxset & I was referring to the final episode that was a promo for sailormoon S.

I'm actually happy with the boxsets as well, they're really not THAT bad overall. I just thought it was strange how that episode varied so greatly in quality.

Then instead of complaining to death about the issue, go watch your precious fan-subs. I mean, if your not impressed with the products, then don't buy them!. I'm glad they've released them uncut and uncensored. Those who are yapping how poor they are should really see some of my VCD's and DVD's from HK. The picture quality is blury and dark, and the audio is very low and muffled.

Sorry, but I just stand the fact that people who keep bashing the DVD sets are the sames who keep praising how god-like their bootlegs are.
