To finish out the "favorite/hated of each season" trend, I thought I'd add SailorStars in since that's a series I think I do have some definite opinions on in this matter (not to mention it's my favorite in general). So...
Favorite: I think I have a few favorites. I like the first half of 177 because I like cheering for Taiki's scientific beliefs. I also like 184 for the humor in it as well. Possibly, if I had to pick, I like the "Seiya's injury" arc (189-191) because I like Taiki and Yaten's personalities in it, the fact that Seiya, who I find annoying, gets knocked out and even faints on stage, and the Lead Crow/Tin Nyanko interactions start here.
Least Favorite: Probably 187, the softball one. Seiya VERY much annoys me in this episode. This episode has pretty much everything I dislike about Seiya in it, which I think I've mentioned before but his/her arrogance about sports and dating really bugs me. I guess this episode hits a nerve with me because I guess Seiya, if he/she was real, would really annoy me if I was there in that episode.

My favorite Sailor Stars episode is episode 186, "The mystery behind Chibi Chibi!? The troublesome pursuit." That episode was so hilarious and random. I loved watching Usagi chase after Chibi-Chibi to find "the world of sweets" and then everyone else just tags along without even knowing why they're following Chibi-Chibi and that scene where the dog chases after the Sailor Soldiers is just priceless. I think it's the funniest episode of the entire series. I know I'll probably get killed for this, but my least favorite Sailor Stars episode is actually episode 200. I loved all the episodes before it that leads up to the conclusion, but the actual final battle between Usagi and Galaxia itself was very disappointing to me. All it is is basically [spoiler]Usagi flies around naked, touches Galaxia's hand, Galaxia turns back to normal, and the day is saved![/spoiler], yet so many people love this episode. I guess because the episode has been raved about for years by so many diehard fans wanting Sailor Stars to come to the U.S. that when I finally saw it I was disappointed because I had set my expectations too high or maybe I'm just in love with the first season's ending too much.

My favorite scene in Stars is in epsiode 194, right at the end when Seiya throws the Rose and the Tuxedo Kamen music starts. Seeing Usagi's eyes with such hope that her beloved has returned just gets me right here *points to heart*

Hmmmm. I'd have to say that my favorite episode of the Stars season was actually the first episode, #167, "Akumu no Hana wo Chirasu Toki! Yami no Joou Fukkatsu" aka " Nightmare shards disperse! The feeling of darkness returns!".
I loved it because it re-introduced my beloved Outers
As for the episodes after the Starlights enter the scene, I'd have to say that episode 184, "Futarikiri no Yoru! Usagi no Pinch" aka "Night between two! Usagi in a pinch" because it's so darn funny! It makes me laugh every time I watch it LOL!
I also am very emotional with episode 198, "Kieyuku Hoshiboshi! Uranus tachi no Saigo" aka "The disappearing stars! The death of Uranus and Neptune". Makes me want to cry every time I watch it

I absolutely love the scense where she says " I want to see you Mamo-chan". That would definitely be one of my favorite moments in Stars. I love most every episode in Stars, the only one I don't like very much is episode 185, the one with Misa-chan. It just somewhat bored me.
