100. Minako finally gets a chance to shine and it tells us her love of volleyball.

I could not stand the last episode. I thought S was pretty good overall. The best would possibly be the LAST REAL episodes of the season where the Mugen Academy gets destroyed. The animation is superb and easily can be compared to the animation seen in the movies and the SuperS season. Just a opinion of mine, though.

Well, the Viluy one is one I have mixed feelings about. On the plus side, it stars my favorite Witch, but on the bad side (for me) it starts the chain of the three similar stories that pit two scientists, one dreamy and one more logical, and the dreamy one always teaches the logical one that she/he is the right one. I guess I just wish that it had the cold logic win out for once, but that's too much to ask, possibly, for a magic girl's show.

By the way, the other two stories I'm talking about are the S movie (Himeko and Kakeru) and episode 177 of Stars (Taiki and Ami).

But I think my favorite S episode would be the Tamasoburu one, (and I think I misspelled his name) if mainly for the scene at the end where he dresses up like a girl Senshi! That and all the cute Chibi-Usa moments, too, of course.

I'm not sure if its my favorite (only watched the season once) but episode 119, where the Outer Senshi figure out that Hotaru is Sailor Saturn and the Messiah of Silence.

I love hearing legends and myths, so thats probably why it stands out

I really would have liked to see Saturn fight. The battle sounded badass...

I hated a lot of the Mimet episodes, actually.

I hated the fact the ''Inner'' soldiers didn't get any power-ups in this season and used the same attacks from R. I would've liked it if they gotten planet power like they did in the manga and all the attacks that weren't featured in the anime. It also would've been nice if ALL the soldiers (save Saturn) got their Super forms and make ep. 125 a cliff-hanger as well.

oh wow, i was hoping for a thread about S! I was disappointed that we didn't get to see Sailor Saturn in action... and I was a little confused. I mean if Sailor Moon hadn't jumped in there with Saturn at the end I guess Hotaru wouldn't have been saved, but it was still Saturn that had enough power to defeat pharoah 90 and blah blah... so Sailor Moon was like the messiah as far as saving Hotaru I guess... I dunno! I loved it, don't get me wrong

fave ep- the one i was just talkin about

least fave- eh, some of the ones in the beginning of the season were too repetitive and not so interesting.

My favorite S episode has to be episode 92, "A pretty boy?? The secret of Tenoh Haruka!" That episode was abosuletly hilarious with how Minako and Usagi kept chasing after Haruka only to later find out she's actually a girl instead of a guy. My least S favorite episode is also probably the last episode of S. I don't see what the point of having that episode was since the main bad guy was already defeated and Chibi-usa just ended up coming back. It just seemed really pointless.

It's nice to see I'm not the only one who dislikes the last episode. Everything was all wrapped up but I quess Toei thught they needed to make one more filler ep. Anyway, I have a cuople of favorite episodes this being my favorite season and all. I really like the episodes where the three episode end to the hunt for the talismans, the part when Haruka kills herself is always hard for me to watch.

My favorite episode from S is probably my favorite in the series. I love the episode where they find out that Hotaru is Sailor Saturn. I love the shot where her eyes go blank and the sign of Saturn appears on her head, the shot right after it where she glares evily, and the scene where all of the outer senshi attack her in silence.

And the naked Daimon was amusing to :P

It's hard to say, since Sailor Moon S is my favorite season. It's problemly a three way tie. Chibiusa's second episode (The Tea Ceremony, Tamasoboru), Viluy's episode, and the "finale" of Sailor Moon S (episode 125).

As for least favorites...

Problemly the episode where Usagi and the gang go to the Opera(?) and there's a Violin Daimon... and yeah.. Didn't like it. Had some funny moments, but other all it was pretty bad. The art direction alone was shit.

I also want to mention I didn't like the way episodes 126 and 127 were handled. After getting beautiful art direction from Ito Ikuko two episodes in a row, we get the worst for the last two episodes. Also, I think episodes 126 and 127 should've been counted as Super S episodes.

I've been a fan of Sailor Moon forever.........LOL!
My favorite episode of the S season is episode 92, "A pretty boy?? The secret of Tenoh Haruka!". It makes me laugh every time I see it. I also love the origin episode of Haruka as well. The S season is my all time favorite of the 5.

125 WOULD'VE BEEN A GREAT CLIFF-HANGER! That way, it would be a great way to ''re-introduce'' Hakura, Michiru and Sestuna in the SuperS season and basically put what was seen in SailorStars into SuperS!

My favorite episode in S would have to be episode 109: A time of Shock! True Identities Revealed to one Another.

Minako was acting really funny, running around doing "pure things". I love how Usagi had no choice but to transform in front of Eudial, Haruka, and Michiru. Same thing for Haruka and Michiru. They built to that scene quite nicely.

I liked how Eudial flipped out when she saw they were all Sailor Senshi. She drives like a psycho.

I have a bunch of favorite episodes in Sailor Moon S! They're all so good!

I like episode 92 "A pretty boy?? The secret of Tenoh Haruka" because its hilarious!! Plus you get to see Haruka and Michiru! We can see their faces instead of just shadows.

I also like episode 124 "Fear of Approaching Darkness! The Struggle of the Eight Soldiers". The helicopter part was so good, I thought they wouldn't make it!

The rest of the episode was awesome aswell! I liked when Mistress Nine's hands came out and grabbed Sailor Moon by the throat, and they were trying to pull her back down but couldn't.

I also like how episode 125 ended. I love how she came out with baby Hotaru!

My least fav? Um....lets see... episode 117 "Higher, Stronger! Usagi the Cheerleader" (I don't know, I really didn't like it. The ending was ok.) or episode 93 "Usagi yearns! The elegant genius Michiru", that episode got annoying because of that violin monster, hated the voice!

i've only seen the DUB of S (yeah, i've only seen the DUB of all sailor moons) and i didn't like it as much as i liked the first two seasons. serena's voice was annoying, the music was annoying, i liked R the best of all of em.

I like S cuz this eason showed all complete 9 senshi.
my fave ep would be 102 where usagi is the target, is kinda funny to see minako disguised as moon, and the warranty daimon joke really crack me up, the battle with kaolinite was cool too

104 is also my fave cuz it was funny as hell especially when chibimoon sugar heart att has a limited range...

109 is funny too where Minako is too excited when her pure hearts has been extracted out...lol

and the rebirth of saturn is my fave too...

what Irks me in s:
1. Tellu,Viluy, Cyprine&Puchirol didn't have many appearance like Eudial and Mimette plus all 3(4) of them get defeated in only one ep

2.Eudial Fire buster is a from a machine...*sigh* I like her fire buster to be used like a magic like Mimette's charm buster

3.Uranus and Neptune is too brutish I like them better in Manga

4.Saturn has no battle animations.....I alwyas wanted to see death reborn revolution animation..rather than seeing her jumping into phraoh 90 and poof she's gone...*sigh*

5. Pluto died too fast..and no chronos typhoon attack.

6. No planet henshin for the inners and no manga s attack why is it only mercury get the chance to use the manga att in the anime...it is not fair

Actually, in the anime it seems like none of the Witches 5 have powers. I always thought they were just portrayed as regular scientists.

-Eudial couldn't teleport like Kaorinite, and had to use a car. Her only attack was from a machine, the way she dies even makes her seem like a normal human.

-Mimet had the staff, didn't have any magic of her own.

-Tellu had her plants, which she created in Scientific research.

-Viluy had her Nano-cup. Pure machine there.

-Cyprine and Petitol had magical staffs like Mimet.

I like most all of the episodes of SMS, especially the ones that feature Hotaru.

But, the very last episode of SMS just kinda... It just kinda pee'd me off a little.

I mean, here we are, at the end of the season. Sailor Moon finally has the final battle (that we didn't get to see in detail ¬_¬) with Pharaoh 90, with the help of Sailor Saturn herself. Then Sailor Moon has to 'prove herself' to the Outer Senshi by fighting them. Once she finally kicks their a$$e$, they finally accept her as their Moon Princess.

Then comes the final SMS episode. Their are STILL left over Daimon monsters (which shouldn't be, since they all should have been destroyed when the Mugen School was finally destroyed), and Chibi-Usa makes yet ANOTHER reappearance.

Personally, I think the last episode of SMS should have been rewritten into a SMSS episode. Because honestly, the very last episode of SMS, especially after all of the chaos and destruction from the previous episodes, just does NOT feel like it belongs anywhere NEAR the SMS cannon. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah....figures..it kinda sucks that in the manga they were all witches and have magic powers..*thats why the group name is witches 5* and Mimette bugs me alot in the anime..poor Eudial..

Btw the dub version for S is very horrible especially serena's voice actor she's a disgrace to Usagi....and the shrill voice of Eudial in the dub is soo anoying .... jap seiyuu is the best cuz the seiyuu totally into her/his character and they all always goes out together with Naoko that's why the jap seiyuu is totally believable..

as for the final ep I also thinks that they should make that as the prologue for supers like what they do in stars.
