Basically the story is an allegorical interpretation of Zelda: A Link to the Past that is told within the SM universe. (If you've played the game then you'll recognize some of the symbolisms in it)

In essence, you can call it a crossover fic.

My senshi that I made with my little friends based on ourselves in 7th-8th grade were Sailor Enigma (mine), Sailor Romance, and Sailor Insanity. We never really fleshed out our villians very well, but it was decided that they were oppressed by the senshi's former lives. Or something. Laura was set on the enemies being jealous of their muffins, and Rhi and I weren't quite keen on the idea. It took place in our city, and was mostly a parody of Sailormoon cliches and stuff.

I think I have the profiles somewhere...

Oh yes. "Sailor Enigma. Fujisawa Eri. Nickname: Eriko or Eri-babe. Blood type A, birthday Oct 29. Fuku colors were originally green and purple, but were changed to silver and... I don't remember if it was dark green or purple or maroon now. ^^; Pre-henshin hair and eyes are copperish and brown respectively. Post-henshin hair and eyes are green and grey respectively.
She's quiet, introverted, blunt, and intense in her civilian form, dedicated and with a short fuse. She's also extremely perverted. She's the best student of the three and ranked 25th in her class of 200, but does nothing but read comics and porn in class.
As a senshi, she's a berserker-type fighter, almost seems to like the killing, and doesn't give a flying shit about civilians who are in the way. Her view is that she can't give up her life to save one innocent person when the fate of millions depend on her. She also can't cook Jello without it bursting into flames.

As I didn't make Sailor Romance or Insanity, I can't say diddly squat about them except that Romance (Aizawa Rhi) was the senshi of compassion and feelings and totally opposite Enigma, incapable of getting good grades, while Insanity (Domi Rora) was... much like Gir from IZ now that I look back on it, actually. ^^

Eri: "How could you get a 3 percent in Educational Videos, Rhiannon? How? There are no tests, there is no homework... you sit there and WATCH VIDEOS ABOUT JOHN QUINCY ADAMS. HOW?!"
Rhi: "I may be stupid, but least I don't have the same size of breasts as the batteries you put into your Gameboy.... DOUBLE A!"
Rora: "I am feeling lucky-go-happy today! ^_^ Where's the futon bugs?"

Of course, in sixth grade I had a Sailor Earth named Terra who was Darien's sister and a Sailor Sun named Hikari who had an attack called Solar Flare.

I created a senshi before for each of the Zodiac signs, as well as for Polaris, the North Star. She was like the Sailor Moon of that system. Sort of like how the Starlights protected Princess Kakyuu, the Zodiac protected Princess Astra (Sailor Polaris). I hadn't worked out everyone's prsonalities, but I did some attack names and everyone's elements:

Sailor Aries: Fire, Aries Flaming Ram
Sailor Leo: Lightning, Leo Lightning Claw
Sailor Libra: Justice/Light, Libra Judging Scale
Sailor Scorpio: Destruction/Silence, Scorpio Silent Sting
Sailor Virgo: Healing, Virgo Healing Tears
Sailor Sagitarrius: Wind, Sagitarrius Twister Arrow
Sailor Gemini: Strength, Gemini Twin Strength (doubles her physical strength)
Sailor Taurus: Earth, Taurus Quake Horn
Sailor Cancer: Protection, Cancer Shielding Shell
Sailor Capricorn: Ice, Capricorn Freezing Rapids
Sailor Pisces: Water, Pisces Aqua Torrent
Sailor Aquarius: never figured this one out
Sailor Polaris: Non-elemental, Polar Star Strike (attacks are similar to Usagi's)

Thanks! I lost interest in it, and so it never really got off the ground, though. If something ever happens and it does get written, I'll let you know! ^^

I'm still working on mine. I started trying to create a Sailor Snow based losely on someone who I knew, and ended up created a group of senshi with powers based on weather (Sailor Snow, Sailor Wind, Sailor Rain). Later I was reading some tips on creating otaku senshi, and read someone's opinion that Sailor Senshi should represent heavenly bodies. Some of you may disagree with that but I agreed with it. But you can invent your own planets so I did that I named them after Norse deities who rule over the season or forms of weather I wanted my senshi to represent. Here's what I've got so far:

Sailor Skadi
Name: Kibouno Yuki
Translation: Hope of Snow
Blood Type: O
Birthday: November 8
Birthplace: Tokyo, Japan

Sailor Njord
Name: Kagono Kaze
Translation: Divine protection of Wind
Blood Type: B

Birthplace: Okinawa, Japan

Sailor Frey
Name: Antaino Ame
Translation: Security of Rain
Blood Type: AB
Birthday: September 22
Birthplace: Osaka, Japan

I'm still working on the story of how they meet, but I plan on having them all meet in the USA at first. Skadi is living there because her dad's job transferred them there, Njord is half American and has military parents, and Frey ends up there as an exchange student or something sometime after Skadi and Njord meet and become a team.

During an experimental faze I had back in the sixties --*cough*
Last year I came up with Sailor Earth. And I thought I had an original idea until I did an Internet search on the name and came up with hundreds of 'em. (damned Internet)

When the Moon Kingdom was destroyed, the earth was left in shambles by the remainder of Beryl's youma, blah blah, factions of the broken Earth Kingdom start wars to gain power over it all, blah blah.

My girl, whom I named Aphaia (after a lesser known Greek Goddess who I did an assload of research about for this story), was forced from her home on Earth by war. She ended up in this rebel group, fighting against the warring factions to keep their freedom and their lives. She found love in the cocky, adventurous and good-hearted rebel leader (who I really need to draw a picture of for he is so yummy in my mind). *slaps self* Blah blah.

Some powerful warlord bizitch (oh yeah, my slang makes me soo cool), kills Mr. Rebel leader, majorly pissing off Aphaia. A blood feud is sworn, blah blah. So basically, they fight. The bizitch gets help from some mage to curse Aphaia, removing her "star" as they call it (it's actually her Star Seed but they don't call it that) and breaking it.
So my poor little girl dies (kind of), staying "dead" for thousands of years with her dull and broken Star Seed just hovering in front of her.

Anyway, through some elaborately woven reason (which I haven't totally figured out yet) Mamoru stays dead after the Final Battle with Beryl (end season 1). And that will to protect Sailor Moon (as manifested in the turban boy of early R), is transferred into Aphaia's Star Seed, restoring it and allowing her to become Sailor Earth. Blah blah blah.

It all sounds better when it's fleshed out...

It took me so long to come up with this idea and refine it! I researched Greek mythology for a hard to find Goddess; I scoured countless Sailor Moon timelines, I drew up a very deep history, and I didn't make her Mamoru's sister! But as people say, the idea is too stupid, but I'll write it out anyway. Not that I'll let anyone see it though, it'll be my own private fairy tale of sorts. (damned Internet)

Do you know what her power elemental is going to be yet? (by this I mean will she have plant based powers or draw upon the four basic elements of earth, fire, wind, and water all at once?)

I agree. Sailor Earths that original are almost nonexsistant. I have a Sailor Earth myself, although I have no idea whether I'd classify her as original or not. Here's some info although it's a bit vague since I'm not at the point of writing fanfiction about her:

During the Silver Millennium, somewhere beyond our Solar System, dwelled a being of evil known as Void. (Note: I'm just referring to her as Void because she doesn't have a real name yet.)
From the darkness in her heart, she created a new evil called the Unknown, a sphere of power encased by a black meteor thing surrounded by a force field.
She watched as time went by, planning her attack on the Solar System. It was one day, a certain girl living on the earth caught her eye.
Her name was Adelaide, the Sailor Soldier of the earth. She senced a shadow inside the girl's heart, she could use her in her evil plans. She sent the Unknown to capture Adelaide and bring her back to her.

Adelaide, at the time was visiting a friend of hers, Katrina, princess of the planet Avalon (another Otaku Senshi of mine.)
It was at this time, the Unknown found her and attacked. The entire population of Avalon was wiped out leaving only Sailor Earth alive. The Unknown pulled her inside of its black meteor and filled her with its dark power. She was converted into Sailor Void, a soldier of darkness and taken back to Void.

After the end of Stars, the Unknown arrives on the earth and a new battle begins including the reawakening of Sailor Avalon. After the Unknown is destroyed, Sailor Void makes her move, her first goal being to destroy Sailor Moon and Sailor Avalon, them being the only two able to change her back into Sailor Earth.
At the end of the story, Sailor Void is changed back into Sailor Earth, although she dies in the process.

The spirit of Sailor Earth, as she drifts away, knows that Void will make a final attempt on the earth and wishes to help the Sailor Soldiers fight her. With this wish in her mind, she is returned to the earth, and prepares to battle Void when she arrives, knowing these will be her last days on the earth.

Oh man, everyone has such awesome ideas! I didn't realize how many others had created stories about other senshi.

About 5 years ago my friends and I were working on a play and we created some senshi of our own. Unfortunately the play never got off the ground, but it evolved into a totally different story over the years. My friends abandoned the project because of school and other things, but I'm hoping to someday complete it on my own.

So here's my list of senshi in the beginning:

Sailor Nova: Alyssa-Star Princess
Sailor Star: Jalice-destruction/healing
Sailor Chibi-Star: Ran-Time Guardian
Sailor Comet: Katie-flaming ice
Sailor Universe: Kelly-electrical
Sailor Sun: Sara-Sun Princess-Fire
Andromeda: Adviser
Ruffin: Adviser and protector of Star Princess
Starlight Knight: Zeek: Captain of the Guard
Twilight Knight: Devin-Prince of Saturn

A couple years ago, I decided to stop making them senshi and they became regular students (accept for Andromeda and Ruffin who are young adults) Alyssa is still the Dream Empress, Sara is still a Sun Princess and Devin is the Prince of Saturn (Devin and Sara being in a star-crossed lovers relationship) Ran is the time guardian and Ruffin and Andromeda are still advisors and protectors. Zeek is Second in Command of the Royal Army and Katie is the Captain. Kelly is Alyssa's bodyguard, but Ruffin is Alyssa's Guardian (a bodyguard, but with more rights...also he's her unofficial betroved). Jalice's role is a little uncertain, but she is in the royal court, but wishes to serve her empress in a more active role. She's also in a romance with Zeek in both times.

The story is now about the Dream Empress or as she is also known, the Goddess of the Stars and the Goddess of Light. In the beginning when light and dark are separted, there were two goddesses formed from the void. An Empress of Dreams and an Empress of Nightmares. And the Dark grew jealous of the light and tried to extinguish it permenatly. When they were fighting, the Dark cut the scarves of the Light and they formed the Milky Way, and the Light fled and hid in it. The Empress found a bright star and made it her home. Eventually she explored the galaxy and on a planet fell in love with a man there and brought him to her home. Soon the light had a child and that child soon was with child of her own (by this time others had been brought to the star too and a kingdom was thriving). The Dark found the light and killed it, but the light fled and was reborn by the daughter. The cycle continued on for eons until. That's when the story begins.

Alyssa is the Dream Empress's daughter and is the newest reincarnation of the Goddess. The Nightmare Empress has had a son and raised him to destroy the royal line. One Night everyone is attacked. Alyssa and the others of the Royal Guard are killed and the DreamEmpress commands the Time Guardian to send them away, no matter where. Ran tries to open the gate and send them to another time and place. Ruffin runs into the gate and Ran can't stop him. The gate crumbles and she is sucked in as well. The Empress seals the rest of her people into the star so they can sleep until Alyssa can return. The Empress doesn't even try to save herself.

Fast forward to the present day earth....somewhere in Seattle. All the girls still retain their powers and some are easier to hide than others. Ruffin appears in the park and goes to seek out Alyssa. She's the first to be awaken to her memories, but her body isn't accustomed to it. Everyone else recieves their memories after the Nightmare Empress sends her servants to kill them. Andromeda is asked by the Empress of Dreams to look after Ran (Ran is now only 9 years old, but still retains all her power, but it's unharnessed) Ran was in the past life the Dream Empress's childhood friend before she was taken at the age of 9 to study for being a Time Guardian. After 20 years, she returned to her friend to serve the Court until further notice. (when Ran has to use her powers, her body becomes that of her past self)

In the end, Alyssa becomes the Dream Empress and unseals the people. Everyone else is asked if they desire to return to Earth or to return to their Empress. But if they return to Earth, their memories of the events will slowly fade as if it was all a dream. All but two return to her.

This story was based on the poem Starlight Star bright. In the story, if you make a wish on the first star you see in the night and it is a pure wish, the Dream Empress would appear in the sky and your wish would become real.

Where this story isn't about senshi anymore, it did start out to be and was heavily influenced by Sailor Moon.

I'm hoping this story doesn't sound too weird.

I only got so far as her name (Hikarino Koneko, which I'm pretty sure means "kitten of the light" [someone correct me if I'm wrong]) and her fuku (which looks like a cross between the Sailor V fuku and the Galaxia fuku).
I'm probably going to invent other otaku senshi sometime.

... at least maybe that what she could be... if it weren't the fact she loathes the idea of being a Sailor Senshi, despite her parents insistance to the contrary.

Though she has a sense of justice, her youth was far from perfect...

A frequent ranaway and a bit of a juniville deliquent, she would have been in jail at least once or twice if it weren't for the influence of her parents, Michiru Kaioh and Haruka Tenoh.

In her later teen years, she seemed to have calmed down signifigantly, stemming mainly from Neo-Queen Serenity's accepting Larissa Kaioh (her real name) decision to refuse to be a Sailor Senshi. Instead, Larissa eventually accepts a different role, Captain of the Guard of the Crystal Palace.

Physical Description:
Hair- Blonde, straight, slightly longer than shoulder length.
Eyes- Deep blue, her mother's.
Height- Slightly taller than most, about 5'5"
Build- Atheletic
Errata- She's a tad concerned about her flat chest.

Family: Michiru Kaioh (Birthmother), Haruka Tenoh (mother). No siblings.

Skills: An excellent fighter, prefers hand-to-hand combat over anything. Loves blades. Shuns firearms.

Virtues: Natural leader. Methodical and meticulous in her job.

Vices: A tad egotisical and maybe a little arrogant. Hardheaded. Known to occasionally drink heavily when off duty.

I started on an idea once that the senshi all double as the senshi of the eight virtues of Ultima. I ran into a bit of snag when I realized that there were only 8 virtues but 10 senshi, but still, this is how I equated them.

The one I cooked up is....Sailor Krypton!!

She basically has the same powers as Superman, only she still has them under a red sun.
