How many of you have created your own sailor senshi?

i have two sets i'm working with:
The Sailor Gemstones:
Sailor Diamond
Sailor Sapphire (me!)
Sailor Ruby
Sailor Emerald
Sailor Topaz

and three senshi based on Zelda's Triforce: Sailor Power, Sailor Wisdom, and Sailor Courage

Ooo..fun.

I've created a number of Sailor Senshi.
The Sailor Satellite Senshi
Examples: Sailor Europa, Sailor Umbriel, Sailor Charon, Sailor Phobos and Sailor Deimos (based on the crows), etc.
They each have their own powers and personalities.
Although, I don't have all of them..because..well...there are a lot of moons out there.

My Sailor Gemstones receive their powers from the gems in the Planetary Senshi's transformation wands.

That's so cool!
Mine usually gain their powers from their moon. Example: Sailor Europa has ice powers, because Europa is a ball of ice. Sailor Io uses magma because of all the volcanoes.

What kind of powers do the Sailor Gemstones have? Like, what does Sailor Sapphire use/have?

I've created a total of 2 soldiers.
Sailor Tempest and Sailor Star Keeper. -_- don't ask. Tempest, of course being the Sailor of Storms and a starlight I never devloped. Then again, I have been improving "Tempest" for about 7 years.

Senshi of Storms? Cool! Yet, if you add Sailor Jupiter, who is the senshi of lightning, and Sailor Uranus, who is the senshi of wind, would you get Sailor Tempest, senshi of the storms? Heh. *^^*;

I created some a long time ago, about 4 years ago...
They were Sailor Shooting Star, Sailor Orion, and Sailor Eclipse.
I used them in an online roleplay with the guy who is now my boyfriend ( he wasn't at the time), and it was my first time roleplaying, and this was back when I still watched Dubbed sailor moon, so my chars were AWFUL.
But they evovled, and soon, they became senshi with different sources of power...
Sailor Shooting Star = Soldier of Driad/Dryad (sp?)
Sailor Orion = Soldier of Luna
Sailor Eclipse = Solder of Lumina

They were based off of the sources of power you'll find often in Final Fantasy games, or just about any roleplaying game (driad, lumina, luna, shade, gaia, sylph, etc)

Their names (which ended up being a mix between english and japanese, becuase their names were originally in english, but when I started improving, I came up with last names that sort of went with their guardians/power sources), attacks and skills:

Nora Hikari (Lumina)

Description: Long wavy blonde hair, soft blue eyes, average height. Silver and Lavender grecian goddess style dress

Weapons: Spear of Light

Spells:
Lucent Beam - White lazer attack
Lucent Wall - Makes a light wall
Healing Light - Heals minor wounds
White Blitz/White Blitzing Winds - hundreds of little shapened light bolts shoot from noras hands
Lucent Shroud - protection spell through temporary invisibility; can't use other spells during

Melinda Getsuei (Luna)

Description: Short black hair, green eyes, very small build. Yellow and Orange grecian goddess style dress

Weapons: Elicris Bow

Spells:
Lunatic High - Inflicts madness
Lunar Shadow - Causes lethargacy (weakness, tired)
Lunar Fever - Causes caster to become super strong, but loses free will.
Shoot The Moon - Used with bow, unknown of what it does yet
Lunar Jive - moderately powered attack using yellow lazers, it can be focused at one's target or be split up in to many weaker attacks
Lunar Kiss - puts target under caster's control, strength depending on target's will

Special Skills:
Thievery
Engineering

Allison Chi (Dryad)

Description: Long brown braid, brown eyes, average height. Green and Brown grecian goddess style dress

Weapons: Sword of Life

Spells:
Life Spark - heals from unconsiousness
Petal Storm - haze of petals causing loss of sight/allergies in large groups
True Heart - Lowers one will power to lie
Liberation - Frees inner power
Ai Strike - heals with sword (phages, etc)
Snake Summon - summons snakes to aide in battle

Special Skills:
Piolet

Those are really cool!

I only have one of my Gem Senshi ready at the moment, Sapphire.
Her English name is Karli Hyousetsu, don't remember her Japanese name offhand
First appearance- Episode 4- "Fuiuchi no mizuryuu! Hiyaritoshita kaisen no Sailor Sapphire!" ("Attack of the water dragon! The chilly battle of Sailor Sapphire!")

Her attacks:

"Sapphire Gem Power(, make up!)" -used to become Sailor Sapphire
"Sapphire Hurricane!"-Sailor Sapphire twirls around, generating swirls of ice and blue stones. Her sister, who is Sailor Ruby, has a similar attack, Ruby Tornado. Both can team up to perform Freezing Firestorm, a combination of these. (Medium damage solo, great damage teamed)
"Sapphire Frosty Arrow!"-Requires Sapphire Bow. Sapphire generates an arrow of ice and fires it at the target, which can freeze it. (weak, but strong against Earth-type enemies)
"Sapphire Crystal Freeze!" Sailor Sapphire kicks open a large sapphire, and the pieces rain upon the target (strong; great against Earth elementals, weak against Fire Elementals)

Sailor Sapphire's hobbies and family:
Hobbies: writing, playing the guitar (violin and piano are way overused, IMO), swimming, long walks with her sister.
Family: Mom, Dad (who is serving overseas with the military at the time of the story), and adopted older sister, Eithna (pronounced Aieth-nah)

Physical Apperance:
Hair: Long, Deep Navy Blue, it looks black from a distance
Eyes: Blue
build: average
Distinguishing features: Jewelry; a sapphire pendant that her dad sent her for her birthday
Special Powers: The bond with her sister is so close, she can feel some of Eithna's pain and Eithna can feel her pain.

How Did She Become A Senshi?
She was walking in the park with Eithna--their latest 'sister walk'. It was during these walks the two would share theor deepest secrets, hopes, and dreams.

On the way, Karli discovered a swimming hole, and the two decided to go swimming. Unbeknownest to them, Citrine (one of Lady Onyx's henchmen) was spying on them, searching for those with loving hearts. (similar to the Death Busters, only these bad guys think the original Sailor's gemstones went into people's hearts, when in reality they only appear to the person destined to carry it.) She noticed the two sisters playing together, and conjured a sea dragon to capture them both. Karli managed to flee, but Eithna was caught in the dragon's clutches.

Sailor Diamond arrived on the scene soon after, but her attacks didn't even faze the dragon, and she was soon in the dragon's claws as well.

Suddenly, a sapphire fell at Karli's feet. When she picked it up, the voice of Sailor Mercury told her that she carried the Mercury Sapphire, and was destined to be its guardian. Karli asked how a 'tiny stone' would save her sister and Sailor Diamond. The sapphire told Karli to 'call on the power of the gemstone', and her pendant became a transformation locket.

Karli then called "Sapphire Gem Power(, make up!)", became Sailor Sapphire, and defeated the sea dragon.

I have over 100 otaku Senshi in various fanfics, and (yes) I have duplicated Senshi titles/powers from one fic to the other. There's only one fanfic with my otaku Senshi I finished so far (it was a HUGE trilogy), and it had 34 new Senshi in it, plus a few others that were Senshi versions of old characters (namely, Ikuko, Naru, and Shingo...he turned into a girl ala the anime Starlights). There's also many that I've made up, but never seriously put them into a fanfic. One of the main trademarks of my stories, whether fanfic or original, besides characters with weird/extreme characteristics, as well as an emphasis on mainly female characters, is also having LOTS AND LOTS of characters. Luckily, I provide Senshi to regular form conversion lists with my fanfics.

By the way, a few of them are literally otaku Senshi...that is, they are Senshi who are anime fans!

In a now-defunct fan-fic, I created the Chaos Senshi, Chaos' equivalent of the Sailor Senshi. There were 5 in the story, although if I had continued it, I might have expanded the ranks a bit. As opposed to the Sailor Senshi, the Chaos Senshi were men, and didn't represent any particular planet or star system.

Chaos Genesis - the name came from one of my online nicknames. I forget his real name, but he was Reika's (Motoki's girlfriend) brother. Had short brown hair and browish eyes.
Chaos' Exodus, Leviticus, Arithmos, and Deutronomos were created in name only.

Hmm, interesting use of biblical terms for your Senshi...sounds rather anime-ish to me.

I was originall planning to use my Triforce senshi in an orginal story (that would contain about a million Zelda references if it ever got off the ground), but I've since inserted them into a SM/Pokemon/Digimon crossover story

Well, CG was completely coincidental, and when I wanted to make a team about them, the Pentatuch (first 5 books of the Bible) was the first thing that came to mind.

I personnally created the Morphing Senshi, their power based on a mental hability to transform into any living creature (humans/animals) they want. The fic isn't finished yet, the thing is, I didn't want to get that idea out too soon because I was afraid people would copy my story T_T

I've found someone else's "Sailor Morph" somewhere, and I made up one like that too. That's okay, though. Many of the Senshi titles I've given mine have been used somewhere already anyway, in fact, I got the idea for a morphing Senshi from the other one, but mine is named something different and has different characteristics.

I don't think mine or the other one has the ability to turn into other humans, though, that's unique, so far as I've seen (and I've not read that much fanfiction that's out there).

I created "Sailor Holle" for roleplaying purposes. She's Nehelenia's daughter, and she's based on the manga. Basically, I had planned on creating parallel Sailor Senshi, who are the White Moon senshi's reflections on the dark side of the mirror. Yes, I was high.

My Sailor Gemstone story rewrites the second part of R and also brings in two of the Outers as supporting characters.

See, there's a new villian named Lady Onyx (Queens and princesses are WAY overdone, so I went a step down the royalty totem pole) who captures the Planetary Senshi, and in a desprate attempt to call for help, they take the gams out of their transformation wands and send them to Earth.

The Sailor Gemstones find them, and are charged with the mission of rescuing the Planetary Senshi

Hmm, that's a good move. I don't think I've had my main villains be royalty at ALL in my fics, come to think of it. One fic I have involves anime otaku villains who are wild about the Sailor Moon show and want to capture the Senshi...they bicker over who their favorites and least favorites are too.
