can someone please tell me when does sailor moon become neo-queen serenity ruler of cryslal tokyo. how does it all come about. did i miss some thing because i thought i've seen every thing about sailor moon.

That, I think is one of the plot holes in the anime (and somewhat in the manga as well). So far as I know, in the anime, she becomes Neo-Queen Serenity after she gives rebirth to the world in the 30th century (or close to then) since it was all "dead" from the Deep Freeze. I'm not entirely sure about the manga, though, although I think it says that she just becomes the Queen at age 22 and gives birth to Chibi-Usa. I'm not sure what turns her into the Queen, though.
