Her power always matches the situation and series events.
-Classic: 1. Moon Tiara--here she's a simple girl & girls like jewelry
2. Disguise Power--school-girls wish to be many things and use makeup and special outfits, etc
3. Healing Escalation--healing obviously and the escalation of Usagi's finally arriving maturity. (From reluctant crybaby to one who finaly accepts her new duty instead of rejecting it like before)
-R: Princess Halation--whole series really revolved around her and Rini's royalty in the future
-S: 1. Spiral Heart--the enemy was after hoste/pure hearts
2. Rainbow..Heartache--rainbow signifies everyone's power and hearts as one
-SS: Gorgeous Meditation--dreams are just beautiful projections of the mind (meditation has to do with the mind as dreams are projected by the mind)
-Stars: 1. Starlite Honeymoon Therapy Kiss---this has many meanings: The enemy was after starseeds (Starlite); Usagi was engaged to Darien. And a honeymoon is after a wedding (Honeymoon); Therapy is helping/reviving someone or something bad about them which it did in the anime, but for manga i'd say that just because the enemy was Bad Sailors but are supposed to be good so the therapy was initially supposed to help (Therapy); Kisses are somewhat divine & have many meanings in their sanctity (Kiss)--so many say you should treasure your first kiss
2. Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss--the (SMCrystalPower) refers to her Ginzuishou's power to it's near fullest extent of use, sicne the universe was near end and it was close to the time for Moon to unleash it's full universal power at the galaxy cauldron. And I've already explained the "Kiss" thing
Well there's my analysis ^_^
Did you notice this irony about Moon's powers?

Yes. Ironic is not another word for "interesting," it is usually a form of humor where traits of something or someone don't go together or else the opposite of what is expected happens. It's a form of humor that I use a lot in fictional writing, mainly because I like breaking stereotypes, which are basically often expectations in themselves.
As for the Sailor Moon thing, that's very interesting, but it's very appropriate. It's the opposite of irony, in fact. It would be ironic, say, if Sailor Moon had "Dark Evil Hatred Destruction!" as a healing attack. But those are some very interesting and good observations. I'm surprised I didn't catch that myself, considering I like wordplay and puns as much as I do. (although I might've caught it with "Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss" and thought that the "Starlight" part had to do with the Starlights being the new Senshi in that season.

Yeah, as the others said, that's not ironic/irony. That's moreso your own analysis comparing Sailor Moon 's characteristics and personality traits with her powers.
Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.
