It looks like stop frame animation (though I haven't seen Robot Chicken so I may be completely wrong >_> <_<)

Yeah, it is stop frame animation. They make the show with some clay mation, and action figurines (even some Fisher Price toys, too!).

I know they have RC episodes, I am looking up what episode it was right now so I can find it.

Myspleen doesn't have it, but limewire does. I just watched it...and died.
