And you are not old, Tiff-san. My boyfriend says stuff like that, too. And he just turned 22 the other day.
Heh, i'm turning 23 in august. and I know i'm not really old. I just feel that way sometimes, becuase i'm losing interest in things, slowly.

Joey: The question is, Rachel, does he like you? ''Cuz if he doesn''t, then it''s all just a moo point.
Rachel: Huh...a...moo point?
Joey: Yeah. It''''s like a cow''s opinion. It doesn''t matter....It''s moo.

Well, that happens, because people change. I used to want to join the Air Force (back in like 8th grade). Now I have no interest in it. It happens to everyone.

It's like..I love the show, and still watch it now and then..but any of the newer stuff just doesn't appeal to me anymore. PGSM was fun to watch, but I didn't keep up with it religiously like I did the show. A few years ago, i'd have jumped at getting that book. But like..reading this thread, i'm just going "meh. *shrugs*".

-_- I'm getting old.
Don't worry Tiff, I'm not excited about this book either, and PGSM wasn't that exciting (for all this time, I've only seen up to Act 27), probably because it was live-action...the animation is just way better.

Same here. Right now, I've long since moved away from SM, and other things are bleeding my wallet dry. Namely, nearly anything Mai-Hime and Type-Moon related. But maybe I'll look at it (if I look at it) and it'll wow me into getting it.

Hey guys,

In case you've been thinking about buying Warriors of Legend but you were discouraged by the shipping costs, I'd like to point out Abebooks as a good alternative to Amazon and BookSurge. $3 shipping in America, $6 to Canada.

Are they only selling this book online, or can you find it in a bookstore anywhere?

It's a print on demand book, and typically bookstores don't carry those. However, you should be able to have your bookstore order it for you, just go to the book's site and give them the info (title, ISBN, LoC) and they should be able to order in a copy for you to pickup right there.

You might find it in a few bookstores, but we're dealing with them on an individual basis right now. Working on the major retailers, but it's slow going.

Is this book good if you have only seen these episodes:

Sailor Moon S (all)
A few dub eps of Sailor Moon C,R,SuperS
Ep 167-175, 181-183, and 200?

Hello! I'm really late and I just got the book in the mail yesterday. Like Usagi04 said, the book is very well written and I like it. There seems to be a lot of good reviews on it at Amazon.com too. I hope they write more Sailor Moon books soon.

Um, I haven't seen most of the series but still plan on getting the book. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't enjoy it...

You really don't need to see much of the serioes to enjoy the book. There's a breif summary of each of the seasons and characters in the first chapter. If you have decent grasp on the basics of the series, then you'll enjoy it. It's not about the series at all really, it's about Japan, just how the series shows Japan. Like various real-life locations of places in the show, various cultural aspects, etc. If you're interested in the country of Japan and how things are there, then this is a good book since it teaches a lot of that using the show as a medium to teach. If you're not really interested in that stuff, then this book may not be for you. Since I enjoy learning that kind of stuff for fun, I loved the book and can't wait for the next.
