Sailormoon American rebirth possible?

There are no English subtitles on any of Japan's Sailor Moon DVDs. The Japanese R2 DVDs don't have English subtitles for the same reason the R1 DVDs don't have Japanese subtitles, because that's not the language the DVDs are being produced for. English people are in the minority in Japan, so they're not going to bother wasting time and money on producing a separate set of subtitles for something that there's little demand for in Japan. And Toei currently has no plans of releasing Sailor Moon in the U.S., so it's not like they have any concerns for the U.S. fandom or anything.
Thanks for notifying me of this. I do plan on getting the official Region 2 Sailormoon DVD's that Toei had done themselves. Since there doesn't have any subtitles on it, the only way I can fix that problem is by using the DVD subber. If it's legal to do it however, is the question.
