Does anyone know if Sailor stars will be liscenced and subbed some time in the future? Does geneon have the rights to stars since they picked up s and ss? Sorry if this has been talked about before I've been gone a while. I've searched online also ..

Probably not at all. Because I heard that Toei didn't want it coming to the US since it would spoil the image Sailor Moon has here, with the gender changing Starlights (especially with Seiya and Usagi's relationship) and the fact that Haruka and Michiru would be much harder to edit.
