It's a strong possiblity that they were taken from Ly's Sailormoon Graphics. If you see game sprites on a SM webpage there is a 90% chance it came from Ly.

On a side note, I had no idea Crack Smilies was still up. The last time I tried to log onto the site it errored out. O_o I rpobably typed in the URL wrong.

They do look like the ones from LY's SailorMoon Graphics.

Yeah, and those're definitely from various Sailor Moon videogames. Most likely stolen from Ly's place, as many other people have stated.
