Actually, that's the truth in SailorStars:
[spoiler]In the first episode of SailorStars, Setsuna takes baby Hotaru from Dr. Tomoe and brings her to Haruka and Michiru where she saves the three of them from Nehelenia's mirror paredories and powers them up to their Super forms. Then, in the next episode, Hotaru is seen living with the other three Outers like a family--apparently, they've ALL adopted her! A similar situation is also in the SuperS manga, which is available in America legally unlike SailorStars.[/spoiler]

Also, Hotaru calls Setsuna 'Setsuna-mama'! As far as a rumor goes, Uranus is really a man *cough*stupid SOS idea, my pathetic attempt to try to say on topic *cough*

Diana is really the love child of Hotaru and Mamoru.

Queen Beryl is Usagi's real mother. Back during the Silver Millenium, Beryl had Usagi with Prince Endymion. The prince couldnt afford such scandal so they shipped the child of to the moon to be raised by the queen.

Setsuna uses her rod as a blunt object to knock men unconcious and take them back to the time gate to make the her slaves.

The sailor senshi are all related cuz their moms are sisters.

Haruka isn't really in love with Michiru, shes in love with Setsuna and uses Michiru to make Setsuna jealous. Thats ok though, because Michiru is using Haruka to make Minako jealous because shes in love with her.
